I love that there are many wash and drying settings to customize the different loads of laundry that we have to be cleaned. One of my favorite features is the large capacity drum, easily handling even my bulkiest loads. The Quick Wash cycle is a lifesaver for busy days, and with the Steam Sanitize option, my clothes come out fresh and clean every time. The SmartThings integration is seamless, allowing me to monitor and control my laundry remotely from my smartphone. Plus, the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps the appliances looking pristine even with daily use. One downside is that it doesn't notify me when it's running low on detergent, which is a pretty big issue for my large family that does laundry daily. This unit is stunning in its brushed black finish. The 4.6 cu. ft. washer and 7.6 cu. ft. dryer are plenty large for our active family of four. The redesigned wash pattern in the washer circulates water more efficiently to more effectively wash the clothes. The Flex Auto Dispense feature allows you to pour two different liquid detergents, softeners, etc. into the containers that is metered out based on the size and make-up of the load. The more functional lint trap has been designed to collect the lint between the screens resulting in less lint going through the exhaust vent, which is a good thing! The washer has 24 different cycles with 18 options and the dryer has 18 different cycles with 13 options, allowing you to find a cycle that works for you! We primarily use AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry, since the AI senses the characteristics of the load and adjusts accordingly. We also occasionally use the small load option to shorten the wash/dry time. The washer and dryer are quiet and both have internal lights, so this unit can be installed next to a bedroom or used in the dark, if that is necessary for your needs. The SmartThings app has been useful. It lets you know when the load is finished and other pertinent information. Although, I wish it had more options, such as starting the washer or dryer. Overall, this is an impressive appliance. It looks like Samsung is stepping up their game with the BeSpoke series!

We have an actual set that covers all clothes and household ware and this set if go extras like lien’s and animal items… both washer and dryer have a huge tub and very spaces for big loads… The auto dispense feature is awesome where you fill it up every few days that way most of the time all u got to do is dump laundry in tub and cut on. Another great integration with Al and SmartThings is keeps the whole smart feature alive. I can see on my smart things app of loads done or I can add additional 10 min for more dry or what have you…. Overall I love this set and I definitely recommend it….

Set up was quick on the smart things app. The scan option so the detergent will dispense per manufacturer suggestion didn’t work, I tried multiple detergent/ softener and didn’t have any luck, it can be manually entered though so not a huge deal. The best feature for my family is the automatic detergent dispenser. I can’t express how much I love this. My 10 year old spills the detergent every where and my husband drastically over uses the detergent, this stops both of my issues. I tell them both to turn on the machine and put in the clothes and I’ll take care of the rest on my phone. I have all Samsung devices and I love the smart feature and app. Best home invention. I was initially concerned about the size capacity being too small, however it washes all of the linen for my queen size bed in one load. The dryer uses AI technology to dry the clothes based off of the washing cycle, and my clothes have been dry every cycle in what seems like only a few minutes. A favorite feature of mine is the reminder to clean the lint trap before each use. This laundry hub takes all of the thinking out of laundry. I love it.

I love the easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The inside the capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads with blankets. The wash time is super fast and efficient. The interior looks awesome and so sleek. This is what you want in a washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer use to be load and noisy and vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much more quiet and does not vibrate and move. The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. I no longer have to pull the detergent out all the time. The stack design saves space and is still easy to access. This was truly an upgrade for us from our old front load washer and dryer. The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and washes accordingly. I love the color. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 74” tall machine is commanding with a beautiful sleek design and it seamlessly integrates into our pantry space. The Hub is made with high-quality materials such as glass and stainless steel and seems very durable and hopefully will last a long time. It has thoughtful design elements when it comes to the auto liquid dispense system (which is plastic not metal , so no rust), the space saving design and the ultra capacity for the dryer and drum is a no brainer for us doing laundry! In terms of performance, so far it has easily handled any load I have put into the machine. Its washing cycles are effective, with optimal water consumption and 15 cycle options catering to different fabric types, way more than I can describe here. To be honest I have not tried them all as of yet. I am most excited to try the Steam Wash setting as I stain pretty much every time i eat. :) The washer does not have any rock or shake in the spin cycle. Our system sits on hardwood floors and is in its own pantry room. The drying is efficient, offering quick times for towels and sheets and gentle care for garments. So far I have used the timed dry, denim, and towels and sheets cycles, the 13 cycle options are fantastic. The lint trap is easy to access and clean out with each load. A chime at the end of each cycle is a fun way to let you know your load is complete. This can be turned off. There is also a dryer light that can be turned on or off. I only have two Cons to offer in this review. The stacked Bespoke HUB washer sits extremely low to the ground. I have to bend very far into the machine to pull out the random sock stuck in the back, kinda like Pooh in the Honey Tree. Flexibility is should be considered this if you are purchasing this HUB Another slight negative is the display. The sensitivity of the power button and the whole display is hard to gauge. As I press on the power button it may or may not turn on. Then you must press again till the display senses your finger. Once the system is on everything works as it should. One cool feature is the smart connectivity. You must download Smart things App and connect via WIFI users can control the appliance from a smartphone. This process wasn't too complicated for me and being able to schedule to start a load when PGE KW fees are low is a nice $ saver. I have enjoyed how the Bespoke Laundry HUB works so far and think it's a worthy investment for our household. I look forward to many years of use.

Many, many tries later and both finally got connected! Now being able to get notifications from our laundry pair is so helpful! We can send cycle changes to the pair and see current status or if there are any issues present (oops! I left the door open!)! The AI function perfectly dispenses the proper amount of detergent and conditioner for each load and even adds rinse cycles if the current load is extra dirty. This thing is amazing! Drying has always been a struggle with our other laundry pair but this Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub gets the timing done perfectly and even spins the load after finished to keep things wrinkle free. Seriously, where has this been all my life?! I'm excited to try out more AI features and Smartthings settings as we continue to use this new innovation in laundry care!
