This is great grated on top of things & directly in cooking,you can even see the little markings on it's rind & a wedge lasts a little while too.Don't buy the tasteless cheap junk in the little shakers,you want the authentic stuff from Italy...It's ENTIRELY different,& this is a reasonable price for the high quality too.^_^

if you like making homemade Alfredo Sauce , then this is the cheese for you ..i know when you first look at the price it up there, but it worth ever penny . the sauce come out great the cheese is not over powering the other thing you put with it . it mix well together .this cheese made my shopping list

Top quality parmesan. Great on caesar salads. Pricey but worth it

It was so hard it burnt the motor out on my food processor trying to grate it. Taste was meh too.

Excellent on it's own, even better in recipes. Comes in a hard wedge - shred it up.

You always had grated parmesan, just like romano. I'm not happy that you don't.
