if you like making homemade Alfredo Sauce , then this is the cheese for you ..i know when you first look at the price it up there, but it worth ever penny . the sauce come out great the cheese is not over powering the other thing you put with it . it mix well together .this cheese made my shopping list

I have been buying this product for years at my local Sam's club. Could not find it today. When I asked I was told the chunk form will not longer be available! There is a grated version available in a jar BUT IT IS NOT PURE CHEESE! It contains cellulose as a filler (as do many grated cheeses.) Not for me!!!! Sam's, why are you no longer carrying this product? (Assuming I was correctly informed)

This is great grated on top of things & directly in cooking,you can even see the little markings on it's rind & a wedge lasts a little while too.Don't buy the tasteless cheap junk in the little shakers,you want the authentic stuff from Italy...It's ENTIRELY different,& this is a reasonable price for the high quality too.^_^

You always had grated parmesan, just like romano. I'm not happy that you don't.
