I needed parm cheese and did not want to go to the local store so while doing my shopping at Sam’s I purchased it. What a find. Delish strong flavor. I love it. Definitely this is my new go to parm cheese. It’s a large wedge so I sliced up a bit and vacuum seal to freeze. No loss do to mold if I do not use it fast enough. Highly recommended

I'm Italian, so I won't eat anything but really good romano and parmigiano cheeses. I won't lie; this is expensive, but I wouldn't buy anything else. Makes the whole meal worth it when you have a good cheese. You can make a simple, delicious dinner of chicken tenders by mixing 3/4 cups of this coarsely grated cheese with 1 1/2 cups of Ritz crackers and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Coat the chicken tender in melted butter, and firmly press the crumbs into the chicken. Bake on a wire rack at 425 F degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!

I have used this variety of cheese for several years. My family prefers fresh grated Parmesan cheese and this cheese grates wonderfully. I grate the entire wedge when I buy it and keep it in the refrigerator. It does not clump. I use the ends in my spaghetti sauce for some added flavor. I would recommend this cheese to anyone wanting a good, high quality Parmesan cheese.

Every time I come in , I find such a great deal. I was able to get quite a few cheeses that my husband needed for his carnivore diet at such a great price!!! And a tomahawk steak too!!! Never disappointed when shopping here!

Great taste I grate mine for sauce and salads

The original Parmigiano Reggiano cheese from Parma, Italy. I found it when I visited Parma, Italy and it is the best Parmesan cheese. It is a little pricey, but it is a treat if you like real parmesan cheese on your salads or pasta dishes. It's with a try if you have never experienced real Parmesan cheese. It's actually quite healthy for a cheese.

I purchase this cheese once every few months. It is consistently very good quality, taste, texture, and color.

This Parmigiano Reggiano is far superior in taste, quality, and texture than any Kraft cheese. The price is a little high, but the original Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy is $40 a pound where this is only $17 per pound. It's well worth the money!

The parm is good, but it is not tangy enough. I prefer a much more full-bodied flavor, but this is just fine.

It’s not as good as what you used to carry. My wife is Italian and it does not taste like Italian. Please bring back what you used to carry.
