Good parm. Imported from Italy where they have stayed tried and true to their simple ingredients for eons. And a nice size block!

Do yourself a favor. Buy this big block, and grate it as you need it. Don't live life eating the sawdust in a jar that the supermarket sells.

Wonderful Italian cheese

Great tasting cheese and lasts long too. I freshly grate it on salads, in my alfredo sauce, its salty and robust flavor adds character to anything I use it on.

Having to settle for regular store cheeses for so many years before our Sams' Club membership, this genuine, truly flavorful Parmesan was a wonderful find. The cost is considerably lower than buying real Parmesan from one of the upscale food stores. It takes us longer to drive to one of those upscale "big city" stores than it does to drive to Sam's Club, which is still about 45 minutes one way. The 2 pound wedge is easy to cut in smaller pieces and shrink wrap tightly for longer storage in the refrigerator. However, we use it so often and in such generous amounts that it doesn't need to stay wrapped for more than a very few weeks.

You can tell this cheese is the real deal. Great taste and the price is good.
