Good quality hard cheese

Just use a microplane to dust a little over your dishes. Nutty and delicious. Goes a long way. Try this and you’ll never go back to that salty dust in a plastic jar or even the “Parmesan” blocks made in the US. It may not be the best Italy has to offer, but it is miles above anything you can get outside an exclusive cheese store.
