Cons: I have not really felt any different to say that it has helped me to 'restore and unwind'. So, it has a good flavor, easy to take, but in the end I am not sure if it is helping me.

I will say that it's much softer than expected, but I'm assuming it's bc they're vegan. I'm not really seeing any huge relaxing effects especially compared to my experiences with CBD and THC, but no negative effects either.

I use ashwagandha all the time and really appreciate that it's in a gummy form! There's a little bit of a bitter taste, but I don't expect anything more than that for a vitamin. Great product

Ashwagandha has been used for years in Eastern cultures so I'm sure it may offer benefits. I'm going to continue taking it to see if I begin to see a difference.

Just remember to take them before you brush your teeth as they are gummies! They taste great though and like that they are free from allergens. You can take these during the day as well.
