An affordable and great alternative to Goli Ashgwanda. Even better bc they don’t get sticky like the goli. Only downside has ship and it available for pick up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste is a little interesting at first. Kind of tart and tangy but it really grew on me as I continued to take it. There isn't any after taste either. As far as effects, it's difficult to speak to results in supplements because the effects are subtle, unlike man made medications. I did however add this to my morning routine of vitamins and workout supplements and I've been feeling fine.
