An affordable and great alternative to Goli Ashgwanda. Even better bc they don’t get sticky like the goli. Only downside has ship and it available for pick up.

Taste is great and I only have to take one a day. I don't like taking 2-4 of something, especially when I take multple suppliments. I can't testify to the effectiveness just yet.
