An affordable and great alternative to Goli Ashgwanda. Even better bc they don’t get sticky like the goli. Only downside has ship and it available for pick up.

I got headaches after I take them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Ashwagandha Gummies are supposed to relax you and help you sleep but they didn’t do that for me. They caused me to have stomach upset and digestion issues. My sleep was even more interrupted because of these issues taking these gummies caused me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
