Some vitamins have that medicinal taste but these were a fruity peach like flavor no bad aftertaste. I’ve never tried ashwagadha supplements so I was not sure what to expect with the calming effect but it’s very subtle but I have to mention I have bad anxiety so it’s hard to find a supplement that has a quick effect I can see these taken regularly over time will help to give a calm nature. I recommend these to anyone looking for a more natural calming relaxing life.

It appeared it took awhile for me to notice a change but after taking 1 daily for a few days, I would feel calmer and clearer. I switched to taking 1 with my dinner as I felt a little sleepy but might have been just the relaxation. Doesn’t give a hangover or loopy feeling. I always want to take my multivitamins and supplements in a gummy forms so it wasn’t new to me. This is a very good vitamin, NO gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener. It all vegan formula. The natural tropical flavor bursts in your mouth concealing the difficult to swallow taste of herbs. It is delicious! My daughter tried it and she wished there is also vitamins like this for kids. They are more like a peach mango flavor. In my opinion. The container holds a lot of and only take one so it does last long time.
