If you chew on them too long they get bitter, so I recommend chewing and swallowing quickly. I didn't feel they had much of an affect on me, but it didn't seem to have a negative impact at all. The packaging was easy to open, and for how many you get, the price is fair. I like gummy vitamins and supplements because they are easy to fit into my routine and easy to consume.

Make sure to throughly chew them before swallowing them. These gummies seem to help me unwind and relax. They definitely help with my sexual health.
