I can feel the slight taste of ashwagandha and a small amount of sugar. I felt calmer when I consumed them every day. Once they were gone, my mood was not so bright. I will definitely purchase more. I’m not sure if they’ve had any effect but they’re not a horrible taste. I’d say pleasing. I’m not sure that I would purchase them because I’m not sure that I feel anything, but that’s me.

Just remember to take them before you brush your teeth as they are gummies! They taste great though and like that they are free from allergens. You can take these during the day as well.

There is a grainy texture to the gummy. It’s easy to remember to take as it’s only once a day with a meal. They’re non-gmo, gluten free & vegan. The main use of the gummies is to help you relax & unwind, I haven’t noticed a difference.
