I usually get it in capsule form but thought I'd try out the gummies. Well they weren't bad but I wasn't a fan of the flavors or the texture. I've always done better with a capsule or pill you swallow that usually doesn't involve tasting anything. I would still recommend them to others that like the gummy option cause Ashwagandha seems to work no matter how you take it.

I’ve had a lot of ashwagandha supplements, and most taste like the root which isn’t terrible, but not all that appetizing. Some are powerful alcohol extracts that burn, and most aren’t anywhere near the potency of these gummies. One a day, and I’ve noticed more energy, and less stress. These are the ideal ashwagandha supplement.

They caused me to have stomach upset and digestion issues. My sleep was even more interrupted because of these issues taking these gummies caused me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
