If you chew on them too long they get bitter, so I recommend chewing and swallowing quickly. I didn't feel they had much of an affect on me, but it didn't seem to have a negative impact at all. I've always done better with a capsule or pill you swallow that usually doesn't involve tasting anything. They caused me to have stomach upset and digestion issues. My sleep was even more interrupted because of these issues taking these gummies caused me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I do have some days where my stress is high and it felt like I wasn't responding to them, and there's days where I felt more relaxed than normal. They do have a great taste, almost like a mix of pineapple and peach, and it's 1 gummy per day with a meal. I prefer taking these right after dinner so that way it can help me unwind a bit better than taking them during the daytime. Considering they're gummy, they are so much easier to take compared to some pills. Each gummy has 500 mg of Ashwagandha in it. And these gummies are Glueten free, Non GMO and Vegan.
