Honestly, I would never be able to tell this is not a regular gummy. I almost wish they had an option that was candy lol The issue with that is definitely keep it out of reach for the younger kids because a whole bottle could be eaten easy.

In about 15-20 min I started to feel extremely sleepy. I did I face fall asleep for about 2 hrs. Thankfully I had come home for the day and had nothing significant to do. Upon waking I felt really good. Almost as if my body went through a quick reset. Since that 1 day I have taken them prior to bed as they seem to do a great job at relaxing me sooo much so that I’m knocked out pretty quick after taking them. I don’t know if that’s what hat they are meant to do as this is my first time trying these gummies. I am however over stressed and constantly on the move and these seem to relax me soooo well that my body gets the break it needs. Unfortunately for me that means giving me the much needed rest I need. These gummies are a nice size and very easy to chew. However I find them extremely sweet. I will recommend these natures truth ashwaghanda gummies to everyone who needs to relax. Just start by taking them prior to bed just in case your like myself (drained) and the put you to sleep.

There isn't any after taste either. As far as effects, it's difficult to speak to results in supplements because the effects are subtle, unlike man made medications. I did however add this to my morning routine of vitamins and workout supplements and I've been feeling fine.

Now for the positives they are non GMO and gluten free. They work kind of however I think it needs to go by body weight larger people should probably take 2 instead of the one

They are more like a peach mango flavor. In my opinion. The container holds a lot of and only take one so it does last long time. If you are looking for a gummy type ashwagandha supplement then this is a great choice.
