I usually get it in capsule form but thought I'd try out the gummies. Well they weren't bad but I wasn't a fan of the flavors or the texture. I've always done better with a capsule or pill you swallow that usually doesn't involve tasting anything. I would still recommend them to others that like the gummy option cause Ashwagandha seems to work no matter how you take it.

There is a grainy texture to the gummy. It’s easy to remember to take as it’s only once a day with a meal. They’re non-gmo, gluten free & vegan. The main use of the gummies is to help you relax & unwind, I haven’t noticed a difference.

It is gluten free, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy and no artificial sweetener. Also vegan and non gmo. This helps you unwind and restore after a long day. I felt more relaxed then I use to feel. The packaging is nice where you can see the gummies through the packaging. I recommend these.

Honestly, I would never be able to tell this is not a regular gummy. I almost wish they had an option that was candy lol The issue with that is definitely keep it out of reach for the younger kids because a whole bottle could be eaten easy.

They have a great texture and taste really good. After a couple of weeks trying these I have not noticed much of a difference in how I felt so perhaps something I may need to take longer to get noticable results but I do enjoy these none the less.
