The taste is pretty good, but does have a slightly bitter after taste. I have taken them several times, but haven't noticed any difference, but the bottle says it could take a few weeks-months so I'll continue taking them.

There is a grainy texture to the gummy. It’s easy to remember to take as it’s only once a day with a meal. They’re non-gmo, gluten free & vegan. The main use of the gummies is to help you relax & unwind, I haven’t noticed a difference.

They have a great texture and taste really good. After a couple of weeks trying these I have not noticed much of a difference in how I felt so perhaps something I may need to take longer to get noticable results but I do enjoy these none the less.

There isn't any after taste either. As far as effects, it's difficult to speak to results in supplements because the effects are subtle, unlike man made medications. I did however add this to my morning routine of vitamins and workout supplements and I've been feeling fine.
