I love the super soft gummies. Their flavor is fruity and very sweet. I do feel relaxed from taking them I can say. I do believe they are helping me to relax in the evening so I can sleep better. I do take them with a small snack so I've had no stomach upset with them whatsoever.

I will say that it's much softer than expected, but I'm assuming it's bc they're vegan. I'm not really seeing any huge relaxing effects especially compared to my experiences with CBD and THC, but no negative effects either.

I use ashwagandha all the time and really appreciate that it's in a gummy form! There's a little bit of a bitter taste, but I don't expect anything more than that for a vitamin. Great product

They caused me to have stomach upset and digestion issues. My sleep was even more interrupted because of these issues taking these gummies caused me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I always want to take my multivitamins and supplements in a gummy forms so it wasn’t new to me. This is a very good vitamin, NO gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener. It all vegan formula. The natural tropical flavor bursts in your mouth concealing the difficult to swallow taste of herbs. It is delicious! My daughter tried it and she wished there is also vitamins like this for kids. I can feel the slight taste of ashwagandha and a small amount of sugar. I felt calmer when I consumed them every day. Once they were gone, my mood was not so bright. I will definitely purchase more. There is a grainy texture to the gummy. It’s easy to remember to take as it’s only once a day with a meal. They’re non-gmo, gluten free & vegan. The main use of the gummies is to help you relax & unwind, I haven’t noticed a difference.
