If you chew on them too long they get bitter, so I recommend chewing and swallowing quickly. I didn't feel they had much of an affect on me, but it didn't seem to have a negative impact at all. The packaging was easy to open, and for how many you get, the price is fair. I like gummy vitamins and supplements because they are easy to fit into my routine and easy to consume.

My body and my mind are constantly it seems like in a high state of stress which affects me physically and mentally. Since taking these gummy‘s I have noticed some of these harmful effects of stress on my body lesson and to me that is a huge win. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking 1 Nature's Truth Vitamins Aswaganda Gummies daily for over 2 weeks now & I really like them. The taste is very good and I really like the texture too. It's much more softer than a gummy bear type of gummie. The first 4 days I noticed a big difference in my overall stress and the way I responded to it. There were a few higher stress days that I didn't really feel like the gummies were making a difference but my stress levels were drastically higher than my average days are. I feel these do make a difference on my regular stress days, enough that I want to continue to use them.I also noticed that I fell asleep slightly faster and felt like I slept better and was more refreshed in the mornings. I will definitely keep taking these and recommend you give them a try as well.
