I can feel the slight taste of ashwagandha and a small amount of sugar. I felt calmer when I consumed them every day. Once they were gone, my mood was not so bright. I will definitely purchase more. I love the super soft gummies. Their flavor is fruity and very sweet. I do feel relaxed from taking them I can say. I do believe they are helping me to relax in the evening so I can sleep better. I always want to take my multivitamins and supplements in a gummy forms so it wasn’t new to me. This is a very good vitamin, NO gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener. It all vegan formula. The natural tropical flavor bursts in your mouth concealing the difficult to swallow taste of herbs. It is delicious! My daughter tried it and she wished there is also vitamins like this for kids. Try this if you’re into vegan gummy vitamins and you’ll love it.
