Brand new and I had to take it to shop for a new carburetor 30 miles away. Check service centers near you before buying. Sam's will NOT take it back. Probably going to be a good generator after I get it fixed.

I just bought this generator last week. Highly anticipated the arrival. The generator was easy and quick to assemble. Started up on first try. Ran a number of my power tools and everything works well on it. Bought this specifically as a back up generator for our home for our frig and freezer if the power grid went out.

I’ve always wanted a generator I guess you can say I try to prepare for the worst. And why not have a back up power supply. So when I saw this I had to get it!!! I’m excited for my new generator and I’m about to make sure everything is good and try it out. I feel like an adult now. I love that it is dual for gasoline and propane.

I bought this after Hurricane Beryl in Houston area because I needed a bigger generator for household. Love it so far has been easy to start and purrs like a kitten. Only used for a week or so but dual fuel is a definite advantage. Through years of using generators I would highly recommend using ethanol free fuel only if you have that option.

I bought this item a week ago. Shipping was delayed a couple of days but it arrived in good order. I judge this machine to be of high quality with excellent workmanship. Easy to read and undeerstand the instructions, fired right up and it works great. Totally exceeds my expectations.

I bought this three weeks ago preparing for the hurricane season here in Florida. I read the instructions carefully and added the oil as instructed. I only put in a small amount of gasoline. It was easy to start. I ran it until it ran out of gas. I am using the box whci it came in as a cover. Hopefully I will get the BONUS COVER.

Last mount here in Katy Texas we were hit by a tornado and my in-laws let us use there Wgen5300DFcv and it ran the essentials and a portable A/C unit keeping my 10-month-old happy. We bought this product several months ago and it has never l Let me down I!!!!! My husband is on the road a lot and I am able to use the pull start on my own...old lady-ish and all!! lol The peace of mind I have now is so reassuring, especially when I'm home alone. We live in an RV and the power goes out quite often, unfortunately. Thank you Westinghouse!! I will be purchasing an upgrade from you!!

I finally broke down and got my first generator! Last hurricane in Florida left us without power for a week! I spent 5 1/2 hours breaking it in hooked up to our travel trailer! Very easy to set it up with two feet and wheels! Great gauge which stayed at 120 volts! It was easy to add the oil and I ran it with LP GAS TANK! Absolutely a great unit! well made!!!

This is exactly what I was needing. This is enough to run 75% of my 2700 SQ FT home during a power outage, run my Camper (Entire Camper) or provide power when I am using one of my secondary garages on my property. My friends and family have already asked how well it runs. It's great. Easy to set up. Takes a bit of time to get it started the first time, but that is to be expected. I hooked up a few items to break it in and let it run for a full 5 hours and changed the oil. This is a gem. Trust me, buy this if you are considering a generator. I will be hooking my camper up to it next (24 Ft camper, with stove, fridge, and lights) and I am sure it will run perfectly.
