Purchased less than a month ago, change oil frequently and use proper gasoline but having trouble starting sometimes. Called their help desk and they are very friendly but problem still not quite resolved. Overall, happywith purchase.

I know people with this generator that’s worked great, however it’s not starting upon arrival. Potential warranty claim out of box may be needed. Still troubleshooting. Please be ware.

I've had this now two weeks been running it to power our camper. Seems to be doing its job But it is a bit loud. Other than that it's doing its job well

This was purchased to replace an old generator with a 20A plug for our transfer switch. It has only been test run. We have not used it under load for its intended emergency purpose.

Easy to assemble. Packaging was secure. Started on second pull. Sounds like it will run fine. We have not had to actually use it for a power outage yet.

Recently bought this generator and started it up for the first time today in prep for hurricane season. Easy to assemble and started up right away. Seems ok but won't know for sure until after a year or two.

We bought this and have only had to use it a couple times but it does EXACTLY what it is for! Works great, easy to start and keep going. Even plugged our new camper into it and the entire camper worked great, air conditioning and all!

Out of the box I had the generator up and running in 20 minutes. Easy to use and took care of running the fridges, freezer, lights, fan, WiFi, and tv.

I bought this for camping when no other power options are available. I love the features and the dual fuel capability. It powers my Team Lodge Jr with no issues.
