I bought on 08/21/20. Started up with no problems. Tried to restart 2 weeks later and will not stay running. I will contact customer support and keep everyone posted.

After purchasing this the day I went to put it together we lost power. Within thirty minutes it was out of the box and running with fuel and oil added. Easy to follow instructions and as this is my first one made it very easy to use.

Bought this generator in anticipation of a bad hurricane season this year in Florida. Started right up when I tested it. I had an electrician install a six-circuit transfer switch for ease of use. I like the propane gas option.

I bought this, seems like it should work fine. Really just leaving a review so I can get the free cover for it. Time will tell how reliable this thing is.

I needed this generator after Hurricane Beryl in Houston, TX. Hooked it up to the breaker box and it power my house lighting, ceiling fans, fridge, and a window AC easily. Really got us through no power for a week.

I love the duel fuel feature because regular gas has a pretty limited shelf life. The propane lets me go a long time between uses without having to worry about bad gas gumming up the works

Feels like a well built generator and the brand name sold me on it. The wheels and front pads were very easy to install. Love the digital readout for the voltage/frequency/ Tools/ oil are supplied and the propane hookup.

I had bought this generator back in February 2022. I had registered before but I may have forgotten to check the tab to do the rating so here I am. I just ran the generator and it sounds great and I love all the features that it has.

I just purchased this generator. It started on the first pull. I love all the cool features, such as the gas level on top. I also like that you can run off propane or gas and hook directly to our camper. Love it!

Bought this a couple of days ago and happy we did. Wanted to get ahead of the Hurricane season to be prepared. Looks like a great product. Love the fact it can be used with gas or propane.
