Just a few simple assembly items and an easy start from the get go. Solidly built with very good fit and finish. Really like the dual fuel capabilities. Will adequately power my travel trailer for remote camping and also plan to use it as a stand-by for power outages at home.

I bought this generator recently in prep for the upcoming Florida hurricane season. I chose this model "WGen5300DFv" because during hurricane Ian gas was difficult to come by so having the Dual Fuel option is great. Propane can be stored longer than regular gasoline and I am happy to have an alternative when inevitably another storm hits us!

worked very well during the storm. may we make a suggestion for the oil gage , in the future change the color from yelleo to see the gage as oil is light color and could not figure out how much oil was in tank, changing color of the inner tip will help

My first time using a generator. Frankly, I thought it would be troublesome and it’s not. I do have to say, it was a bit heavy to move, But once I installed the wheels it was easy to move around. The instructions are very simple to follow. Once the oils and fuel was added. Only a few pulls if the recoil is what it took to get the generator going. It truly saved the day. I was going on 8 hours without power and the refrigerator wasn’t going to hold much longer. I am very happy I have the generator

Bought this unit to supply power in a horse trailer living quarters and as a back up for grid failures. Not the biggest unit but can be handled by wife and dual fuel is a plus. Had some initial regulator issues but techs were great and got the parts ordered ASAP. Quieter than anticipated and fingers crossed for durability.

I bought this last month because an ice storm was coming and I wanted a power backup if the electricity went off. That didn't happen but I have tested it and it works great. I also needed a generator over 4 000 running watts to run a small welder and this was just the right size for me. I would recommend this item.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse portable generator and have found it first of all easy to understand, minimal assembly, it was simple to attach wheels and mounting feet with the tools that came with the product. To change from gas to propane is an easy three step procedure and the reverse to go from propane to gas. Love that I can use one or the other.,

Bought this generator i case of emergency due to the craziness and possible bad weather. Love the portability. Not too hard to move. . Just unboxed it and assembly was very easy. First start was 20 min after I opened the box. The startup was real fast. No dents dings or scratches anywhere as I did read in previous reviews. I would definitely recommend this I like the option of using gas or propane it allows me to have more fuel and I don't have to keep a bunch of gasoline cans. The ability to move it with the fold down handle and wheels make it easy for anyone to handle it

I bought this 6 weeks ago and I've already used it twice. Works great and isn't very loud. Easy to understand setup instructions. Haven't run it on propane yet but on gas it's very good. Only down side is the weight. 120lbs empty and around 150lbs full of gas and oil.

Bought just recently and the generator looks great and very simple to use! We live in the PNW and power outages do occur pretty frequently so having the choice of fuel is a life saver. We have full confidence in the generator as Westinghouse is a great company that puts out nothing but the best!
