I bought this generator because my power has gone out frequently in my area and I'm very pleased so far with this one. It's quieter than the 3500 watt Craftsman I was using before and it puts out more power for the same price. Bottom of the frame seemed a little bent on arrival but doesn't seem to affect anything.

Bought this generator in June but I cannot give a 5 star rating simply because it came with damaged parts and I am still waiting on some to get it serviced. I want to be able to test it already and I will come back for another review or update this one as soon as I get it up and running. I am positive the damage came from the delivery process, but I just want to get all parts so I can test it and I have been waiting too long.

been debating whether or not to buy a generator after years of annual failures by the city of Austin, this year was the last straw. Went down and picked this up, tossed it in the back seat of my car and never looked back. Quick and easy assembly to put the wheels on, fill it up with oil (all with the tools and oil supplied in box). Carefully read the instructions and filled it up with 4.7 gallons of gas, and it fired right up on the first pull. Ran mine and my neighbor's refrigerators flawlessly for almost 6 hours, and we finally got our power back on the grid after 40+ hours during the freeze. I was able to run my wifi and laptop as well, and a small space heater it was great having power to spare!

I'm glad I bought this generator because it's dependable, it has a convenient dual fuel power, the price was right for all the features it brings. It was easy to start it, runs smooth, it comes with wheels for easy moving around. I'm very satisfied overall.

My goal is to have a power back-up system for the house during power outage. Due to severe drought & fires the power company predicted possible black-outs this summer in California. I love this unit because it's versatility to run on either propane & gas. I will be able to power everything but the central A/C. No wasted food in the refrigerator

Used during a power outage from Hurricane Helene. Powered fans and charged phones, etc. Unfortunately was not able to get before we lost everything in refrigerator and freezer so did not use to power anything like that but feel sure could have with no issues. Happy with purchase and glad will have it for future issues we might face. FYI used Propane and generator usually started with only 2-3 pulls.

I am very happy with my purchase. I set up and put the generator to work the same day as delivery. Dual fuel is the best feature. I prefer the cleaner burning propane and will use gasoline as a back up fuel. Easy start and response to various tool loads.

We purchased this in response to the wind storm that knocked out power in the Midwest in the March of 2023. It is heavy, but fired up on literally the first pull and allowed us to run a refrigerator, several lamps, and a space heater while powered with gasoline. Having the option to use a propane tank, in a pinch, is a definite plus. We topped out at around 3,500 watts and ran it all night without a hitch. The only drawback is the noise, which is significant, but a small concession to the level of performance and reliability. Easy setup and clear instructions. Highly recommended.

This generator, while big and heavy, is surprisingly easy and simple to use. I've put off getting a generator but finally got one bc of Beryl and this was a great choice. Directions were straightforward, starting it was easy, and maintaining it is simple.

Completed the 1 hour breakin and tested under load, works as advertised. Good instructions for startup and operation. Wish they would explain why not to switch between 120/240 while running. I see nothing in the schematic that would hurt anything if there is no load (I'm an engineer). Only problem I have had is I can not get it started when on propane. Even after running on propane it will not restart on propane. Need to use ether starting fluid or switch to gasoline. Perhaps I am too much of a girley man to pull it hard enough. An electric start option would be good.
