After opening my package everything looked and felt good. I got everything install, and was ready to fire up my generator. But, it didn't happen. My recoil handle went limp, and I couldn't generate enough power to fire up my generator. I am highly disappointed with my product.

This generator is a great investment for the price, it is a little complicated to understand the instructions but, it is worth, I haven't use it with gasoline but I have bad experience with the wrestingjouse generator 2500 portable one, I tried many times to contact cuntomer service and never have any respond from nobody.

I bought this generator after the Tornado storm in Houston in May 2024 from Sam’s Club. I used it the first time after Hurricane Beryl hit Houston in July 2024. It’s easy to assemble, sturdy and easy to start. I ran a deep freezer, refrigerator and portable dehumidifier with no issues at all. I am glad I bought this product. Now that I know that Westinghouse makes great generators, I will be buying a bigger triffuel electric start Westinghouse Generator so that I can run my home AC when there is a power outage.

Bought this one because it has wheels. I have another smaller generator from a different company that I now use at my vacation home. I replaced it with this one for my home because the hurricane season has started. Funny, the reason I selected this generator is because it has wheels (I'm 66 and although I can lift it by myself, I intend to use it well into my next decade and am planning ahead) and is a little more powerful. See pictures. Axle hole not correct size on one of the wheels. Product packaging quality assurance check issue. I would have drilled the hole out to fit the axle but the wheel design would not allow it. I expect it to be resolved by customer service.

Although I bought it in December of 2022, I really haven't had the need to fire it up yet, but should to have it ready on standby. I relish the fact that it can run on either gasoline or lp gas. A big advantage where I live. My only regret is that I didn't buy a bigger output unit but alas, I have enough to keep the lights, refrigerator, and HVAC going for short term outages. Happy camping.

I bought this generator in case of a power outage in preparation of a winter storm. The dual fuel feature was something I required due to the flexibility of fuel source. The included oil and screw-in oil funnel along with the wrench pack made initial assembly out of the box quite easy. I chose to operate the generator with propane and it started within 3-4 pulls. I have only ran the generator for the initial break in period of one hour but during that time everything seemed to work properly and the sound level of the generator wasn’t too loud and very much tolerable while inside my home.

We bought this a month ago before a winter storm was hitting our state. We didn't have to use it though, surprisingly! Love the features! If you are snowed in and run out of gasoline, it is great to just hook up a propane tank and keep our heat and appliances going! Easy to start too. Just a couple pulls and starts right up.

Long story short I was looking for a dual fuel generator for hurricane season. Our local sam’s had no stock In Houston. Closest available was in Amarillo. This is7/3/21 it spent a month in the garage till last week 8/24/21.Idecided to unpack it and due the break in and get it ready. 15 minutes in to the break in it started loading up like I drop a 40amp load on it. Went outside to check it. The geny only putting out 30v? Well I let it keep going for the rest of the break in period. It never recovered brushes were good,Connections were good. Only putting out on one phase. So I did not investigate any further pack it up and sent it back. My opinion the stator had a short. Returned an the ordered the wgen9500 Dual fuel $999.98

I just bought this generator and love that it is dual fuel so I don't have to keep gasoline around, which has a shelf life issue, while propane does not! The product was well packaged and instructions were clear and comprehensive. It started the first time with only a couple of pulls. I am still in the break-in period so I haven't used it at full load yet, but have no doubt it will do the job. I have a lot more piece of mind having this generator in my garage in case of power outages.

Excited to have and keep my family safe during blackouts. I believe this is a good product. I did receive the products with some damage from shipping I believe. I will be reaching out to the tech support to see what’s going on. I wasn’t able to get the generator started.
