Just got a few days ago and found out easy to set up. Storing outside with a pan cover on top to keep water off and placed on a auto drip pan to keep the bottom dry. When I need it I will move to different location. Setting it up with a transfer switch to my main panel with six different brakers. Looks like this unit will work great. The price was in line with others with the same output.

I purchased this simply because it will run off of propane. I never plan to run gasoline in it. I live in Florida. When we have a hurricane, we people here turn into the cast of the road warrior. I can run all of my freezers and refrigerators off of this unit with the same propane bottles I keep to cook with. Since this does not need fuel stabilizer, and I can store several bottles before the storm, and I can purchase others after the storm.

Once I realized this model didn't have remote start, I was very worried it would be hard to pull. I'm so glad my fears were unwarranted. I use propane and it's very easy to start. It completely powers my travel trailer while on the road. I'm so happy I bought this.

I bought this to power essential appliances during outages using an interlock. I like that I can use propane and do not have to worry about swaping the gas every six months. The propane cap was smashed during shipping, so that is why I am giving only 4 stars. Packaging could be better padded to protect during shipping.

I bought this generator to supply electricity to selected appliances and lights during power outages. After determining my needs and researching found this generator fit all my requirements and was within my budget. I now have it all ready to power up when needed. Very happy with purchase for now.

Purchased during extended power outage following hurricane Helene. Easy set-up. Only had to add oil (included in box) and has. Easy on gas compared to other generators I've used. Did exactly what it was supposed to do without any unexpected hassles. Very pleased and will look at Westinghouse again for larger unit in near future.

I purchase this generator a few days ago. First generator I've owned. Unboxed and assemble it today with no issues. Filled with supplied .74 qt oil and 5 gallons of treated ethanol-free fuel as directed and started with an easy pull. Idled smoothly and for the most part surprisingly quite for a 274cc 4-Stroke OHV engine. Easy to read digital VFT meter is a nice touch. I feel prepared for any power outages Mother Nature could throw at me.

I love that it has all features like duel fuel remote or push button start as well as every other feature you can find on a generator. It is a bit loud but tolerable. I received it and just added oil and gas fired it up and it worked great. I hope it will service me well into the future.

This is a purchase that we are grateful for! We were able to use this generator recently during the freeze in Texas and it worked very well. It did well on gas and helped us heat our home and stay connected. I would highly recommend this generator for any household!

Bought June 2024. Haven’t tried gasoline yet. But runs great on a standard propane tank. Haven’t tested it with any load yet as this is mainly for emergency power during the very frequent power outages here where we live. Had to leave the review now to get the free cover. But if it doesn’t stand up to time I will back up and revise. I’ll try to do so even if it DOES stand up to time.
