We lost power to out home and bought this generator. Have been running it for a 3 days non stop now. We have our frig. a deep freeze, our fish pond pump, a stand up portable AC unit, and TV on it and doesn't skip a beat. It runs about 10 hours before I have to add more gas. Loving this generator and the cost was a lot cheaper than the other brands for the same size.

I bought this last month because an ice storm was coming and I wanted a power backup if the electricity went off. That didn't happen but I have tested it and it works great. I bought the Westinghouse WGen 5300DFv about a month ago. The item arrive on time, and packaging was good nothing was damage when I unpacked it, assembling & operation instructions was easy, ran it on propane and gasoline, both works well. I live in Austin, Texas. If there's another ice storm or black out I know I'm well prepared.

We live full-time in a school bus conversion with a solar setup, but you always have to have a backup plan. This generator is awesome! I love that it can run on gas or propane if we’re in a pinch, and it’s super user friendly and seems well made. Portable and sturdy, it will have our backs for this adventure!

I bought this for emergency prep and camping. Have already used it several times. We had a job site on our street hit a water main that started a massive flood. They didn’t have a way to power their pumps and I happened to be driving by when it happened. I wheeled out the generator, hooked up the propane tank, and ran it until the problem was fixed. Easy start, quieter than expected, handle system makes moving it easy, changing fuel source is simple with the dual fuel selector. Tested the generator through the electrical panel for the house. It easily ran all we need should we be without power again this winter. We’re ready.

I bought this for a huge rally / camping event. I was amazed at the ease of set up to first start. The directions make it easy to understand and literally brakes down maintenance how and when. The best part is at the event our generator was one of the quietest there. It was sitting next to a neighbors and you almost could not tell it was on. The fuel lasted throughout the night running a very large portable air conditioner. Yes I took an air conditioner camping. Movability was easy and over all super amazed with this product. A few of our camping buddies said they were going to get one themselves and one actually did the day after going home. Highly recommend.

I bought this two weeks ago and so far, I'm very pleased with how clear and concise the directions were for installing the wheels and that the tools required were included in the packaging. Although I am not looking forward to another weather event like Beryl, I do feel certain that I will be able to have electricity in my home should we lose power again.

I was looking for a reasonable priced generator for my home in case the power goes out. I liked it because I can travel with it for camping. A friend recommended this one and hade never an issue with it. Can't wait to lose power ha ha to see it in action.
