I've troed everything from teas to over the counter pills but I'd still wake up throughout the night. These blackberry flavored melatonin gummies have helped me get on a good sleep schedule without the harsh pills. They take about 30 min to take effect which i also love. I will definitely buy these when i run out.

I did not feel groggy in the morning and they were fast acting. I highly recommend and will probably buy in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a lot of problems sleeping lately and have tried some different sleeping pills but they seem to make me feel very groggy in the mornings!! I found these and decided to give them a try and was very impressed. First of all they are gummy's and are much easier to take than pills and they taste good and have no nasty aftertaste. Using the gummy's, I am usually asleep within 20 to 25 minutes after taking them and sleep all night long, waking up refreshed in the morning. They help me sleep but if the kids wake up in the night, I wake up too!! They don't knock you out so you don't have any idea what is going on!!

Definitely noticed a change since taking Vitafusion melatonin. Still waking up but not as often as before. Would recommend to anyone that has problems sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying Vitafusion Melatonin gummies. I like gummy vitamins and have taken pill form of Melatonin for sleep before. It was very difficulty to get plastic off around top of bottle and also difficult to pull tab on top of bottle with lift and peel seal. I ended up using a knife to break through seal and plastic. I was pleasantly surprised it tasted good like blackberry and had a grape/blackberry smell. Also gummy was soft and not hard and chewy like other gummy vitamins I have tried. Texture was easy to swallow and nice. I slept almost 8 hours and it was solid as well. I would recommend this product. I was surprised at extra strength claim as 10 mg is top dose for Melatonin as I work for an MD. This product is 5 mg and it worked at 5 mg for my sleep and lately I have been waking up in middle of night and having difficulty falling back asleep. I will definitely use it again.
