I got this originally to help my mother sleep while sick. However, I tried it after it helped her. At 54, I had not slept a restful 8 hours since starting menopause in my early forties. I thought “older people sleep less” so I must now be in that category. After taking two chewables that are pretty tasty, I am sleeping 8 hours solid, and awake refreshed and alert!  Love this. It's now been a month and it's part of my nightly routine.

Not “older”

These work  as well as any Melatonin we've had. We also don't seem to wake in the middle of the night as often. I will be buying these again and would recommend them to others .

Works well - less expensive than others

It took a few days to get used to these because I've always used a more expensive brand but I thought I'd give these a try based on the value for the $ at Sam's. Glad I did they work and helps me get a good night sleep.

Helps me get a good night sleep

This happens to be the best flavor Melatonin brand for my kids. For some reason in my area they stopped carrying this brand in the store and have Natrol brand, which is nasty. I had to order Vitafusion brand online. I'm happy they still have it. Fast acting and a nice flavor.

BEST FLAVOR, FAST ACTING, GREAT PRICE!

Definitely helps me to wind down into good sleep at night. I have not had any residual tiredness or groggy hangover feeling the next morning. I feel it has improved my sleep. I would recommend anybody experiencing some insomnia give it a try. It helped me. Plus it has a great flavor, like a little treat before bed.

These used to be the best melatonin gummies. They were chewy, good flavor and they worked. This new  bottle is horrible but didn't say anything about being new. They don't taste good and are like chewing on rubber. Bring back the old ones!

Not as good as they were

These are not the same as they were about 6-7 months ago. Now they taste really really cheap. Low quality taste and texture. Stay away! Buy another brand!

Different gummy recipe, tastes plasticy

Found to be misleading. Picture and title description refers as “extra strength” and 5mg. The product details do not indicate that and didn't realize it until I received the item and discovered the dose is 2 gummies to get the 5 mg. Afterwards I read that in the product specifications. This fact should be clearer on the website so customers will know they are only 2.5 mg.

Better disclosure needed

I have enjoyed this product in the past for the awesome taste and effectiveness however the lates bottle tasted like they forgot the flavoring.
