But this baby totally works. It starts acting 30 mins after taking, the peak is around 90-120 mins after taking. It doesn't make you feel groggy or dizzy, just makes you feel genuinely sleepy, like finished one hundred things in one day sleepy. No hangover no fuzziness the next morning. And it tastes great!

It's helped my husband reset his sleep schedule and even helps me with my occasional sleeplessness. It doesn't taste very much like blackberry, mostly just like sugar, but it's not really an issue since it's taken only occasionally.
