But this baby totally works. It starts acting 30 mins after taking, the peak is around 90-120 mins after taking. It doesn't make you feel groggy or dizzy, just makes you feel genuinely sleepy, like finished one hundred things in one day sleepy. No hangover no fuzziness the next morning. And it tastes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try Melatonin 5 mg by Vitafusion because I love gummy vitamins and had run out of my regular brand of melatonin. At first taste, the blackberry flavor was delicious and the gummy texture was perfect, not too hard and not too soft. I gave them a try on a night where I knew I would have difficult sleep. They helped me fall asleep quickly; however, I was up in 2 hours, by 2:30 a.m. My daughter also uses Melatonin and I let her try these gummy vitamins. She had the opposite experience. She did not like the taste as much as the dis-solvable tablet ones she uses, but she slept soundly through the night. Overall, there are worth a try as they have a great taste to them! I took about an hour before bedtime as label recommended and found that I really did feel sleepy and I wasn't tossing and turning to get to sleep. The taste is not bad either.
