When I finally tried them the taste was kind of weird. It tasted good at first but then had a bad aftertaste. However that was all forgotten after a couple days of taking them I actually was sleeping better! If you can get past the aftertaste then I highly recommend these for better sleep!

I would highly recommend this product since it's easy to consume and promotes sleepiness within 20 minutes. Also, it's a great value compared to other meletonon products with only $0.06 per gummy. I especially enjoy how refreshing it is to wake up the next day after taking one of these.
