[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste and especially the aftertaste is what makes it best.The texture is soft and a somewhat glowy red.I did not have any problem whatsoever as occasionally I will bite it to see how it is but mostly it dissolves with about 5 min.The packaging came in perfect condition as well as the product inside.The effect of the Melatonin ws stable and good for me in a positive way as I did not felt anything negative of doing so after using it for a long while.

Since hitting menopause sleep is an elusive friend. I took a couple and slept great! I though I slept well because I had worked so hard in the garden the day before.
