Louder than any vacuum I’ve ever had. It’s also bulky, and not great on vacuuming things. We were highly disappointed and returned it the next day. We ended up buying a Shark vacuum and love it.

Cord doesn’t rewind all the way, you have to pull it out a couple of times to get is all the rewound. Have to vacuum over and over to get everything picked up

I applied for the extended warranty and never heard anything anything back. But it's ok my vacuum went out before the store warranty ended. It's not a good machine it's probably why it's no longer available on the site.

This vacuum picks up pet hair so well. I like the turbo brush tool, very helpful. Overall this vacuum is wonderful. A couple things to keep in mind, it's very loud, it does not have a light and the cord is on the shorter side.

With dogs we have started treating vacuum cleaners as disposable items, having to repurchase almost yearly. This has been a good, inexpensive option. Only complaint is that there is no option to stop the brush when using the attachments. The very first use, when using the hose to reach some cobwebs, the unit rolled over the edge of a throw rug. Before I realized it, the rug had been partially sucked in, the brush stopped and the belt melted. We had to replace the belt before using it again. There should be an option to turn the brush off when using accessories, the hose is not that long and you will most certainly be dragging the unit behind you if trying to reach higher areas.

Poor engineering from Bissell. I had just bought and returned their ultra cheap, bagged Powerforce vacuum because the height adjustment knob doesn't work well. I bought this one hoping it wouldn't have the same problem, but it does. On both vacuums, there is no height difference on the lowest 3 settings. The front of the vacuum just scrapes the floor because the height adjuster doesn't lower the front wheels enough (which raises the front of the vacuum). Even with bare floors, the front frame would just push stuff around and was somewhat difficult to push because the front wheels were not in contact with the ground, just the frame. On the Powerforce bagged, the highest setting only raised the bristles about a 1/4" off the ground, and on this Clean View Rewind Pet the highest setting was maybe half an inch off the ground, which would be appropriate for low pile carpet. Also, this vacuum doesn't come with a basic dusting brush. Instead it comes with a weird stair tool which I would never use - no stairs! Bissell needs to completely rethink the height adjustment mechanism because this is a total failure. I'm not going to roll the dice on buying a 3rd Bissell and hoping it works better... I'm moving on to a different brand.

I just bought this vacuum cleaner and so far it's Amazing!! I got it at sale price of $69.00, I am so HAPPY with it! I have a Big Beautiful Furry dog who sheds a lot, and it picks up all of her fur with ease! I will definitely be buying another one!

I’m extremely disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. The very first time I used it, it quit working. It started smoking and emitted a burning smell, which seemed to be from the belt. For a brand-new product, this is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone unless you want to deal with immediate malfunctions and frustration.

This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. The attachments fall off, the cord is unmanageable. Having to turn the dial every time I move from my dining to living room is ridiculous. The noise? Don’t vacuum if you have sleeping children or teenagers.

We purchased this vacuum last November and the roller broke less than four months later. After nearly two weeks trying to resolve the issue with Bissell they refused to cover it under warranty. They made me submit a video and still refused to cover the part. The only good part was that Sam’s Club let me return the vacuum for a full refund. This is a poorly built product.
