The cord needs to be 10 feet longer. You will constantly be looking forbthe next outlet. The attachments fall off every few minutes. The vavuum has good suction, but not the easiest to maneuver. I like my Eureka better, but my Shark Rocket the best. This is new, bit turned into a 3rd stringer, not even a backup cleaner.

Worse vacuum I've ever purchased! I bought the first one, went out in 1 month so they sent a replacement %26 that lasted 3 weeks. The roller stopped working, spoke with customer service, she was very nice %26 asked if I wanted a replacement, told her no thank you! I bought this vacuum bc my dog sheds a lot but to have 2 go out within a month of receiving, never again! Customer service rep told me not to return it %26 discard it!

cheap plastic, broken in single use, will be returned, cannot believe Sam's selling such cheap products. the positive reviews must be fake or for another similar product, old model i had that was broken after 5 years. i am sure the products are 3D printed cheap staff, melted in single use.

I love the pet handle and the retractable cord. Great for fine dog hair and cats.

This probably wouldn’t be great for heavy duty/carpet use, but I have tile floors and bought this specifically for the mounds of hair my German Shepherd sheds, and it does a great job at that.

One reason I purchased this vacuum is to use the brush accessory on my carpeted staircase. The brush accessory fell off after the first use. It does not have a snap in option to hold it in place, therefore it’s useless.
