Overall it is a good vacuum, picks up the dirt well enough, easy to empty. The two downsides compared to my last Bissell vacuum (35961) is that the cord is 1/3 shorter and the vacuum takes more effort to push around.

I am very pleased with the power of this vacuum, you can feel and see the power (clear canister) of this carpet cleaning machine. Very glad that I bought this one.

Rented a new apartment. Bought this to clean the rugs before moving in. Carpets looked clean but this Bissel removed 2 full canisters of dust, dirt and lint! WOW.

Great vacuum at a great price. Only complaint would be it’s a little more difficult to push compared to smaller vacuums. Picks up a ton and is easy to clean.

I previously had a Shark. So happy I decided to get a new vacuum! It picked up so much left over! The attachments are great also! Cleaned my couch and sucked up missed pet hair!

Excellent vacuum. I have owned Bissell's in the past. I've always been satisfied but this one outdoes all the others. With a Heeler and Husky in the house it's tough for a vacuum to keep up, this one does!

I purchased this on sale, what a great find. Works very well, love the results on pet hair clean-up. I also like the fact that Bissell is all about pets.

This vacuum works great. I’m mixed on the auto rewind cord??? And the is no light on this model which my other one has. It works so well I have to empty it after every use.

This vacuum is lightweight yet has very strong suction. I love it! There are only two things that I wish it had: a light and a round soft bristle brush attachment.
