Great Vacuum and an even better price! Love the retractable cord make it easier to tuck away. In a house full of pet hair it does a great job.

This vacuum replaced an old Dyson and we are amazed at how well it picks up after our pets. The amount of dirt ot picks up is amazing. We may buy another so we have one on eaxh floor of the house...

Needed something more light weight to pick up the dog hair. Works well, although the bagless canister isn't as big as my previous model. Have to empty it twice while vacuuming. It also pushes hard at times, even if it's adjusted for a high carpet.

This is a fantastic vacuum! I thought my area rug was pretty clean… until I used this vacuum! A 5’ x 7’ area rug, and half of the canister was full of pet hair!

Rented a new apartment. Bought this to clean the rugs before moving in. Carpets looked clean but this Bissel removed 2 full canisters of dust, dirt and lint! WOW.

I usually go for the expensive vacuums but saw this at Sam's and decided to buy, I just used it for the first time and it works better than my old $275 dollar one. Like it really sucks up the dirt. Very happy with my purchase.

I am shocked at the lack of filtration and how much of a lack of quality is here. All there is is a thin, see through normal foam piece to ack as the only filter!? You would be better of just smoking. Least that way there's less particular in the air than when you use this. The hose parts are so poorly sized the barley fit together with some strength and wiggling. Can not turn of brush to use hose. Only way to use hose is on giant want that has cheep plastic protruding and can not bend. So can only use in limited applications. Not to mention the attachment piece is so small and short it can't reach under average baseboard heater. No on the the actual vacuum. I looks like someone took a normal vacuum brush then removed 80% of the bristles. This is the kind of trash you get when they only consider profit. It was how low can we go and how can we promote around that. There is not a positive to note for this. If you have no other choice for a vacuum I still would not recommend this waste of money and health. This is so far from do better. It is rather fire all involved in this and start over. Absolutely a disaster of a product. No engineer or product creation team with any goal of completing a task would allow such a terrible product to be designed let alone produced. I can not say enough against this! It screams rip you off and not perform. Seriously, no filter! Straight up dust to air with nothing but a thin extreamly cheap see through piece of basic foam. Not even a edge or rubber rim to it. Any person with a brian could tell this is not OK!

i've had this vacuum for about a month and it just lacks. starting with bare floors - it picks up the cat hair but that's about it. any stray pieces of dry cat food dropped, you have to manually detach the wand and suck it up that way. i have tried every setting to see if it was an issue with height and it is not. it is impossible to pick up anything besides hair. using it on my rugs - it seems like the vacuum is trying to eat every single rug i have. again, no matter what setting i try for thickness the rug is stuck along the along and it does not pick anything up. my previous vacuum had no issues with these contents. however on my carpet - i do feel that it does a nice job of picking up any stray litter my cats track and it makes the carpets feel clean and fluffy. oh it is also SUPER loud which is something that concerns me with living in an apartment with people below me. overall, i would not recommend. i will likely return and spend an extra $50 extra to get a better quality vacuum

cheap plastic, broken in single use, will be returned, cannot believe Sam's selling such cheap products. the positive reviews must be fake or for another similar product, old model i had that was broken after 5 years. i am sure the products are 3D printed cheap staff, melted in single use.

I’ve been using Bissell for over 20 years ever since I owned my own home. And I’ve even bought the carpet cleaners for pets, which worked great. However, every time I vacuum with this model, I always regret buying it only because the wand makes it so cumbersome because it is so long. I already hate vacuuming and this vacuum makes the chore even worse. The filter is always hard to clean because the dirt gets stuck around the round tube in the middle and the attachments are always falling off. I had to put some tape around the holders just so the attachments would fit better, but it still didn’t work It does work pretty well and what’s nice is that it is lightweight. But I would never buy this model again.
