I bought less than a year ago and all of a sudden the vacuum won’t stay up . It falls so I have to put it up against something when done if not the handle part falls. Not sure how to fix it but more than likely will have to tie something around it after I use it.

this vacuum is amazing I've never seen a vacuum that cleans this good. I only did a very small part of the carpeting in my living room and I cannot even begin to tell you how much dirt it picked up that the naked eye cannot even see. I am very happy with this purchase I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

Absolutely terrible! The beater brushes stopped working less than six months from purchase. We only have hardwood and very low pile area rugs and this machine is impossible to push across the rugs in certain directions. Additionally, the overall design isn't very good. The accessories don't stay attached and continuously fall off so I have to store them elsewhere until I need to use them. Save your time and your money.

Amazing buy! I have 3 dogs, a Cane Corso, Frenchie and a Malti-Poo. Only the Corso %26 Frenchie shed hair. This vacuum worked amazing at picking up the dog hair left over on the carpets and rugs. I highly recommend this item for pet owners. Only negative comment I have is that the vacuum gets hot pretty fast, including the cord. We'll see how it holds up in a few months.

I really dislike this unit. Attachments only have a 1-in post station to sit on when not in use, and fall off during use, constantly. This machine absolutely refuses to pick up pieces of unpopped popcorn. Low suction. zif you pull the cord too far it won't reel back in. I had to call Bissell customer service on Day One of ownership because the cord was stuck and would not come out of the machine. I really dislike this unit and should have paid for something better.

Like it was made for a left handed person, im right handed. The cord port and the rewind button should be reversed for which side they are on, or the cord come out the back. Its rather annoying that the cord crosses the front of the vacuum so you can hold it in you non dominant hand. Sure I could attach it to the handle (and constantly be detaching it to use the wand) but thats also in a bad spot because its so high. The only reason i keep buying Bissell is because the vacuum itself is hard to break. The crevasse tool on the other hand immediately came apart.

This vacuum has such a great suction power. It will collect beyond what you expect. Will pick up all the dust, tiny pieces of crumbs or trash anything that you can't see. Will suck up all your pet hairs lying around. Even a pair of clothing lying around. Excellent vacuum and worth the price!!!!

More imported garbage. Cord will not fully retract after 1st use. When dumping the bin the junk plastic air diffuser pieces on the inside will not stay connected long enough to insert and close the bin dump. Perfect example of lipstick on a pig or today's consumerism.

Picks up great. Love the retractable cord!

Horrible! It’s going back this weekend!
