[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome vacuum. It is amazing what it has been getting out of my carpet every time I vacuum. It is made my carpet look new again. Great product.

The cord needs to be 10 feet longer. You will constantly be looking forbthe next outlet. The attachments fall off every few minutes. The vavuum has good suction, but not the easiest to maneuver. I like my Eureka better, but my Shark Rocket the best. This is new, bit turned into a 3rd stringer, not even a backup cleaner.

cheap plastic, broken in single use, will be returned, cannot believe Sam's selling such cheap products. the positive reviews must be fake or for another similar product, old model i had that was broken after 5 years. i am sure the products are 3D printed cheap staff, melted in single use.

With dogs we have started treating vacuum cleaners as disposable items, having to repurchase almost yearly. This has been a good, inexpensive option. Only complaint is that there is no option to stop the brush when using the attachments. The very first use, when using the hose to reach some cobwebs, the unit rolled over the edge of a throw rug. Before I realized it, the rug had been partially sucked in, the brush stopped and the belt melted. We had to replace the belt before using it again. There should be an option to turn the brush off when using accessories, the hose is not that long and you will most certainly be dragging the unit behind you if trying to reach higher areas.

Amazing buy! I have 3 dogs, a Cane Corso, Frenchie and a Malti-Poo. Only the Corso %26 Frenchie shed hair. This vacuum worked amazing at picking up the dog hair left over on the carpets and rugs. I highly recommend this item for pet owners. Only negative comment I have is that the vacuum gets hot pretty fast, including the cord. We’ll see how it holds up in a few months.

I’ve been using Bissell for over 20 years ever since I owned my own home. And I’ve even bought the carpet cleaners for pets, which worked great. However, every time I vacuum with this model, I always regret buying it only because the wand makes it so cumbersome because it is so long. I already hate vacuuming and this vacuum makes the chore even worse. The filter is always hard to clean because the dirt gets stuck around the round tube in the middle and the attachments are always falling off. I had to put some tape around the holders just so the attachments would fit better, but it still didn’t work It does work pretty well and what’s nice is that it is lightweight. But I would never buy this model again.

I have only had this for a short time, but so far I'm very happy with it. I vacuumed things I had already vacuumed with the vacuum cleaner this replaced, and it picked up a bunch more stuff. Seems well designed. I have dogs so I really needed something more powerful. Also, customer service was super helpful with an issue I had that was my cleaning lady's fault, not Sam's club's fault.
