I’m extremely disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. The very first time I used it, it quit working. It started smoking and emitted a burning smell, which seemed to be from the belt. For a brand-new product, this is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone unless you want to deal with immediate malfunctions and frustration.

Absolutely terrible! The beater brushes stopped working less than six months from purchase. We only have hardwood and very low pile area rugs and this machine is impossible to push across the rugs in certain directions. Additionally, the overall design isn't very good. The accessories don't stay attached and continuously fall off so I have to store them elsewhere until I need to use them. Save your time and your money.

Amazing buy! I have 3 dogs, a Cane Corso, Frenchie and a Malti-Poo. Only the Corso %26 Frenchie shed hair. This vacuum worked amazing at picking up the dog hair left over on the carpets and rugs. I highly recommend this item for pet owners. Only negative comment I have is that the vacuum gets hot pretty fast, including the cord. We’ll see how it holds up in a few months.

I’ve been using Bissell for over 20 years ever since I owned my own home. And I’ve even bought the carpet cleaners for pets, which worked great. However, every time I vacuum with this model, I always regret buying it only because the wand makes it so cumbersome because it is so long. I already hate vacuuming and this vacuum makes the chore even worse. The filter is always hard to clean because the dirt gets stuck around the round tube in the middle and the attachments are always falling off. I had to put some tape around the holders just so the attachments would fit better, but it still didn’t work It does work pretty well and what’s nice is that it is lightweight. But I would never buy this model again.

I have only had this for a short time, but so far I'm very happy with it. I vacuumed things I had already vacuumed with the vacuum cleaner this replaced, and it picked up a bunch more stuff. Seems well designed. I have dogs so I really needed something more powerful. Also, customer service was super helpful with an issue I had that was my cleaning lady's fault, not Sam's club's fault.

I really dislike this unit. Attachments only have a 1-in post station to sit on when not in use, and fall off during use, constantly. This machine absolutely refuses to pick up pieces of unpopped popcorn. Low suction. zif you pull the cord too far it won't reel back in. I had to call Bissell customer service on Day One of ownership because the cord was stuck and would not come out of the machine. I really dislike this unit and should have paid for something better.

We love our new Bissell Upright Vacuum. This is our first purchase from Bissell, and we are highly satisfied with its performance. Immediately upon bringing this vacuum home, we noticed that there is much, much more suction with this vacuum than any other brand name vacuum we have used previously. The entire house carpets look like brand new because the suction of this vacuum really is powerful. This vacuum is not too heavy to push which makes it ideal for those of us, like me, that are small build. I only wish that the dirt collection canister was a little larger. I highly recommend this wonderful vacuum be added to your household cleaning arsenal of equipment. Most importantly, this product is more than worth the price from Bissell.
