Great vacuum, and has great suction and lots of useful tools. I love the handle hose, do not need to bend over much to detach or add an extension tool to reach hard areas or corners.

The issue was the pile adjustment for my carpet. It was to low and hard to push or too hogh and dirt was left behind. It was light weight and I liked that. The cord retracted, I liked that.

A nice all purpose vacuum which is not heavy; attachments for stair vacuuming, easy to empty cannister. So far, so good (3 weeks), happy with purchase!
