Bought at Sam's Club when it was "on sale" so I thought I'd give this inexpensive vacuum a try. I have had it about a month now. It picks up well (Not the most powerful machine like a Dyson but does the job!) No hair build up. It manually adjusts for heights. I like the "pet" attachment. I use it for stairs though. The brush does not turn off when doing bare floors but does Not scatter. I REALLY like that it is light weight!! Over all, especially if you are pinching pennies, it is worth buying! (I actually bought a second one!)

I love not dealing with a bag and being able to see what I am getting up out of my carpet. It got up three canisters full of stuff my last vacume couldn't do. It's a basic machine which is all I need. I also like the cord release so no more balled up cords. Just make sure not to pull is too hard and past the yellow mark and you should be good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thick pile carpets. The height adjustment makes it easy to push Can't believe the amount of cat hair it picks up. I like the retractable cord. Wish it were longer but that is the only downside I found. I have not used the attachments so can't address that. Like this vacuum a lot and the price is very reasonable. I am happy with this purchase.

The side mounted attachement are placed so they get knocked off easily. The crevice tool is so short it is a joke and I cannot use a longer one from my old back because it doesn’t fit. Also the placement is hard to maneuver. Kind of disappointed in this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Bissell was so old I couldn't get parts I needed for it anymore. I'm guessing after 18 years or so it's time for a new one. Love our new one its light and being able to reach ten feet or more with the wand is a great advantage. Especially as we get older.

I have loved this one and found out that you can push the pedal down again after it is down and it will go down a few more inches to get under objects like beds better. Great product so far

Very good price but the vacuum is mediocre. Core is shorter that I would like so I attached an extension cord to it. No light which would be helpful under and behind things. The height/level needs to be changed as I go from wood, to very short carpet and on thicker carpet it is hard to push. Would not buy again. Pay more and get a better product.

OH my goodness, what a great affordable machine! I bought this vacuum for two reasons, first I have had good experience with the Bissell brand and second, it was a great sale price! I couldn't believe how much dust and rug debris came from the rug in my living room. It's a VERY thick shag rug. We vacuumed it 3x and got a good amount of debris each time!!!! The only issue is that due to the incredible suction, I can't vacuum my thinner area rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new vacuum, our last Bissell was still in good working order but we could buy parts for it anymore. Could have something to do with it being almost 18 years old. I'm sure our new one will give us a long time of service. Plus we can reach our 8 ft ceilings with the wand without standing on a chair or step ladder.
