I bought this to replace another Bissell vacuum that I had used for years. This vacuum is several inches shorter than my original vacuum, and it hurts my back terribly. I am 5'10. I have never been more displeased with a purchase I made at Sam's.

I am very please with this vacuum cleaner! First of all I prefer Bissell products because they donate to their Pet Foundation but I can also wash the filters after using the vacuum. I also love all the attachments specifically made for pet hair.

Not the best. Supposed to be specifically for pet hair, but they should definitely tell you not for use when your pet has LONG hair. Doesn't work as well as it was made out to. Probably okay if you have short haired dogs instead of the large long haired one I have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed!!! I just vacuumed with my previous (Shark) vacuum 4 days prior. My new Bissell vacuum picked up so much dust and dirt. My area rugs actually felt cleaner on my bare feet. I thought I was cleaning my house pretty well, and it turns out, it wasn't really clean! I love my new Bissell!

I love not dealing with a bag and being able to see what I am getting up out of my carpet. It got up three canisters full of stuff my last vacume couldn't do. It's a basic machine which is all I need. I also like the cord release so no more balled up cords. Just make sure not to pull is too hard and past the yellow mark and you should be good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is fantastic! It sucks up stuff way better than the one I have that's about 4 yrs old. I love the pull off wand which works extremely well with the rotating brush attachment for cleaning stairs! I also love that it only has 1 filter to replace and is lighter in weight. So glad I purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace an older model Bissell that I had loved but was no longer working well. I was amazed at how powerful and lightweight this vacuum is. It was easy to use and the suction was incredible. Far superior to the older one it replaced. Highly recommend. #sweepstakes

Definitely great for picking up pet hair. However if I had to guess I would say that it was designed by someone who has never used it. The attachments are poorly located. Easily able to be knocked off with the power cord. There is no adjustment for the suction power only height adjustment. The button to retract the power cord is difficult to reach. We have 3 dogs and luckily only my boxer sheds and we get to watch our youngest granddaughter who is almost 2 so vacuuming a lot is mandatory. It works well.

It seems to do a fairly good job though I have owned other Bissell vacuums, of a similar style, with more suction power. But, for the price, it comes with useful power and attachments. It has a hard time picking up Colorado red granite pebbles off of hardwood floors. Needs more suction power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned our home thoroughly And the next day our new Bissell arrived som.the next-day I used The New Bissell and we couldn't believe the canister was over half full. It is heavier than I thought but will get used to it, perhaps just not try to clean entire house at once.
