I believe I received a faulty product. The vacuum did a great job on carpets. However I noticed dog hair around the outside of the bottom of the hose connected to the machine. Checked all the connections couldn’t figure out why there was hair outside of the hose. Anyway, I returned the product. Just wasn’t feeling it.

Great vacuum! I gifted this to mom. She has a small dog and 2 cats. This is really picking up fur and dirt that her other vacuum was not, it'svery powerful. It has a retractable cord, making it easy to put away. The attachment are great for cleaning chairs and the sofa too. I am going to buy a second one now for myself. It's a great value. I like that Bissell has a Bissell Pet foundation too.

It works fine, but not as well as I had hoped. I had the previous version from Sam's but it stopped working after years of use. I loved that one!! I was happy to see it again at Sam's but a different color. This one has a smaller brush head length and shorter cord length. It also doesn't have a tilting handle so it's more of a pain to maneuver. It's fine and I will use it until it dies, but I will be happy when it does unlike the previous model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons to t his vacuum cleaner. Pros-its lightweight and easy to manuever. Cons, the cord does not retract as the video indicates, I have to manually get it started. Also, the cord is not very long and if you go to far, it pops out of the wall socket, and lastly, the extension wand does not reach even a full flight of stairs. I am disappointed with this purchase.

The attachments come in handy for smaller jobs And the color is awesome. Makes vacuuming almost fun. Price was great! Vacuum cleaner works great! Now if Sam's could just find a company with competent drivers to deliver the packages. FedEx (at least in this area) can't seem to find drivers that can read, or maybe they're just to lazy to try. 4 out of 5 of my last deliveries by FedEx have been late for various excuses. "Weather" ( on sunny days), "No one home" (while I'm sitting 5ft away from the door & no signature required), or "Couldn't locate" (I've applied 3" numbers on my mailbox just for them). This particular delivery, my daughter was standing by the road to flag them down after they passed my house the first time and they still didn't stop until they were half a block away and she was screaming at them. Finally the driver backed up, got out and seemingly irritated handed my daughter the package before jumping back in his truck without a "thank you" and he was gone.

Gets the job done! I wanted a cheap vacuum, because I only have 2 large rugs and all other floors are hard wood. This one is great on the rugs and actually does a really good job on the hard floors and base boards too. I have an “cordless vac/broom” that I typically use on hard floors. One thing, i do wish that this vac had a small brush attachment (in addition to the stair or pet attachment). But it is easy to operate, maybe a little louder than some vacuums. I’m pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only buy Bissell vacuum cleaners. I liked the one I had before, but decided to take that one to my work setting. The new one is even better. It's lighter and I love that there's a foot pedal to turn it on and off. I didn't see the dimensions on the website, so I chatted to get that information. It would be good for Bissell to put that on their website. It fits perfectly in my cabinet. I also love the retractable cable. I specifically went for the higher price to get that feature.

I love the pull off wand which works extremely well with the rotating brush attachment for cleaning stairs! I also love that it only has 1 filter to replace and is lighter in weight. So glad I purchased!
