The machine came and it did not work. I had to send it back over 2 weeks ago and have not received the replacement to date.

Ordered the vac cleaner head did not work! Sent back they order new one to be sent out to me. Not good, now waiting!!

Love this vacuum even though it is a little heavy. The fact that it goes from floor to carpet on its own with no effort from me is amazing.
