[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very impressed with this vacuum (our first cordless). In Boost mode, the suction is only slightly less than our corded Dyson vacuum. So we’re able to use it on our carpet with great results. This makes vacuuming our carpeted stairs so much easier! The lower suction modes are still great for hard floors. We didn’t use much of the battery in any instance of using it so with the mounted wall charger, there is no chance we would ever run out of battery. Great product!

This vacuum with the laser has been really great to use. It sorta makes vacuuming fun. I have found it best to use it in low light so you can more easily see the laser light. If Dyson really wants to improve this model is should add a laser to both sides of the unit.

I love how lightweight it is and I am amazed at how well it picks up all the dog hair and the fact that this vacuum does not get tangled up in hair is such an added bonus. Being a mom and wife with 4 kids 3 dogs and a guinea pig we have pretty much used every vacuum out there and let me tell you nothing comes close to cleaning my house as well as our Dysons.

So this vacuum was a replacement for another hand held Dyson model. I waited for months and months for a replacement of my original Dyson due to the canister gasket breaking off. Dyson finally just replaced it with a whole new vacuum, the Dyson Outsized! Which has been awesome in many ways accept the exact same thing happened to this canister gasket as the last Dyson, really bad design, tiny plastic clips, that easily break hold it in. The first vacuum was under warranty so they replaced it for free , apparently the new one takes on the warranty of the original vacuum and that ended the beginning of 2023, I received this new one in November 2022. Now I have to buy a whole new canister for a 6 month old vacuum. Just bad design and bad policy. Im basically right back where I started from!! No working vacuum :((

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is a game changer. I was worried that it wouldn't have enough power, and that the bin wouldn't be large enough. I vacuumed 4 bedrooms, my family room, and my kitchen and it is very powerful. The bin is just as large as the plug in. Couldn't be happier. You can go from carpet to hard wood flooring and the machine adjusts itself. You can also get under areas that a plug in cannot get to. I have never participated in a product review, and feel honored and lucky to be able to share my opinion. This machine is truly a game changer. Best vacuum I ever owned.

I am very impressed with its ability to cover more surface area in less time, thanks to the larger cleaner head. It transitions very well from carpet to hard surfaces without a hiccup. Running the vacuum in Eco mode is plenty strong enough to pick up cat hair, which we have plenty, and debris from carpet. The longer run time in Eco mode will allow me to vacuum my entire house without having to wait for a recharge. I loved how it picked up long hair, which went straight into the bin, instead of getting caught in the cleaner head. Emptying the bin is super easy, and the larger capacity is great. When using the Medium mode on carpet however, the suction did tend to become at bit strong at times, making the vacuum a little harder to push back and forth, which became taxing on my arm. Overall, I think this is a welcome improvement over the vacuums I am currently using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this vacuum!! After 18 years with an older upright version Dyson, this is quite the upgrade. This machine is surprisingly lightweight, the attachments are versatile & it gets around with little effort! No cord, made navigating around the house a breeze & the swivel head got EVERYWHERE! It went from carpet to hardwood & tile without missing a speck of lint or dirt. I was very impressed with its general performance. The attachments were were easy to exchange & worked really well. The flexibility to get under tables was awesome & the reach to clean return vents was great. There was only a couple of minor drawbacks. I was a little disappointed with the battery life, but never having had a rechargeable vacuum before I don’t have any reference to compare it to, so maybe my expectations were too high? We used it twice & each time, we started with a 100% charged battery. First time on Auto mode, it didn’t complete vacuuming our 2,400 sq ft half carpet, half tile/hardwood floor home. The battery was depleted & I was left with approximately 400 sq ft of carpet to vacuum. It also didn’t didn’t work well over throw rugs that were thinner, but managed over thicker lined ones OK. But overall did well, just didn’t finish. On Eco mode, it performed great as before & completed everything with time to spare. It handled the rugs, thin or thick without much issue. The last point is just a “nice if it had…” A simple trigger lock, as my hand got tired holding the trigger while I was vacuuming. All-in-all it’s a great product & will recommend to anyone looking for a new vacuum!

I have 3 dogs that shed a lot of hair, so it is a house where there is always hair to clean, and not having to remove tangled hair from the vacuum head thanks to its technology, is a great advantage that makes this vacuum my favorite. In addition that it adapts to any type of surface (rug or tile), it has a digital screen to select the type of cleaning, and being able to vacuum in any area of ​​the house without having to look for a nearby electricity outlet is a great advantage. The only drawback is that it's a bit heavy but I think it's a matter of getting used to it and considering all the benefits I would take it again as my best option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Outsize works really well for floors. The suction and the canister size are great and almost as good as my Dyson Animal 3. The battery life was fine to clean the floors of several rooms without carpeting. The estimated run time seemed pretty accurate and definitely dropped when used on carpeting, but still allowed for at least 20-30 minutes on low/medium pile carpeting. For cleaning other things some additional features would be helpful. It would be nice to have an option to either hold the trigger to operate or lock it in the "ON" position. While you can connect attachments directly to the canister, it would be easier to vacuum some household items with a flexible hose. Since it is cordless, you really need to store it near an outlet. Wall mounting locations are kind of limited (e.g. we don't have outlets in our storage closets).
