Missing foaming action in new formula

The new formula does not suds up like the prior formula which I used and loved for many years. I feel it does not clean as well either due to what you did with the surfactant. Finally it does smell lemony but not like the clean lemony odor of the prior formula.

Antibacterial is Back

Thank you for making Mr Clean antibacterial again! Step 2 needs to be bringing back the original strength. The 2x strength is very difficult to work with, very oily and too strong scented.

Lemon scent is not the Summer Citrus scent

I absolutely loved Mr. Clean Summer Citrus. I knew the scent smelled a little off. I decided to do some digging and I found that the new lemon scent is absolutely not the summer citrus scent. Very very sneaky to make this change, up the price and sell less product. I definitely don't recommend this product.

A tale as old as time

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Why companies try to stay on trend and ruin a good thing is beyond me. I have extreme sensitivity to fragrances which cause severe migraines. I have been purchasing Mr Clean for 35 years because of this. Now this new formula smells like a cheap plastic lemon scented toy and doesn't even feel like it cleans as well. Loyal customer now gone.

There's nothing more important to me than your safety and satisfaction, and while scent preferences will vary from person to person, I would never expect a scent to cause any negative reactions. I also wouldn't expect you to be disappointed with the cleaning power and/or results. My products go through extensive testing to ensure safety with proper use as well as top performance, but I suggest you discontinue using the product to avoid any further sensitivity, if you haven't done so already. Bring back old formula!

We want the Summer Citrus Antibacterial back! This new formula is awful, does not clean and does not smell at all like the old one, much worse. FYI, customers who had been buying old formula for many, many years, are no longer buying this. Read the reviews everywhere.

I want my FAVORITE product back!!!!

I have been using your antibacterial version for many, many years. WHY DID YOU DISCONTINUE it????? I will no longer buy ANY of your products because of this!! You definitely need to bring it back. Sometimes "improved" is NOT better!!!!

Bring back original

Why change a good thing. I loved original Mr.clean but I hate the new smell and why does it not bubble or work the same. Please go back to the original formula this is now more like the terrible lemon lysol but worse

It's like cleaning with water.

Bring back the pet odor defense.

I am mad that you got rid of the pet odor defense cleaner. It worked so well and now there is nothing close to it.
