The coffee maker is a great purchase. It’s faster than any other coffee we have owned. Very easy to use and program.

Good coffeemaker. We have not tried the ice coffee feature yet. It is louder than the one we had before but it’s not an issue. Easy to operate and works well.

Do not purchase this coffee maker. It is honestly the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. The pot leaks all over the counter top when you attempt to poor a cup of coffee. Horrible design. Total waste of money.

3 star review is only due to Braun replacing my faulty unit. Makes good coffee, but only lasted slightly 2 years and 20 days before I received the E1 error. As mentioned Braun is going to replace so I guess I will see what the replacement unit is and how it holds up. If the replacement unit does not last longer than 2 years, I will purchase a different brand in the future.

Worst coffee maker I have ever owned. Ridiculously difficult to program and operate for a coffee maker. When it thinks you need to run a cleaning cycle it won't let you make coffee until you do. Threw it out and bought a Cuisinart for about 30% less.

Something I didn't think about until it broke while washing. It seems most of the competitors design the pot where the handle attaches to a solid ring at the top and the bottom of the pot. The handle on this pot is attached to the top of the pot with a small plastic clip that snapped off while I was holding the handle in one hand and cleaning the inside of the pot with the other hand. Excuse my zip tie ingenuity, but I had to make one more pot of coffee. I will be returning to Sam's
