Great Coffee maker, works great!

Works well, but the included instructions are very confusing. I am an I/T person and had to figure out how to program it by some tria and error!!

Good coffee maker that brews quickly, cleans easily, and a nice light weight coffee beaker. Only issue is that it would be nice to have a turn off button that even turns off the clock. Instead we unplug the coffee maker.

I love this coffee maker. I had a trial and error period in how much coffee to use to my liking but, once set up, it's easy to use. I like having the bigger pot as well. I don't make coffee as often as I did.

Nice coffee pot! I like that it has 14 cups. I don’t have to make an extra pot. The only reason for not a 5 star is the set up isn’t easy to follow and would like a warmer button when the pot turns off as my old coffee pot had that and it was great!

I BOUGHT THIS IN APRIL 2023 AND ALREADY THE LID HAS BROKEN. I SAVED MONEY TO GET THIS FOR MY HUSBAND SINCE THE COFFEE MAKER WE HAD WAS PURCHASED IN 2011. I BOUGHT EXTRA REPLACEMENT INSURANCE BUT THE POLICY DOES NOT PAY FOR BROKEN PARTS. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON BRAUN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. OTHERWISE, THE COFFEE MAKER IS FINE.

As expected

Something I didn't think about until it broke while washing. It seems most of the competitors design the pot where the handle attaches to a solid ring at the top and the bottom of the pot. The handle on this pot is attached to the top of the pot with a small plastic clip that snapped off while I was holding the handle in one hand and cleaning the inside of the pot with the other hand. Excuse my zip tie ingenuity, but I had to make one more pot of coffee. I will be returning to Sam's

Worst coffee maker I have ever owned. Ridiculously difficult to program and operate for a coffee maker. When it thinks you need to run a cleaning cycle it won't let you make coffee until you do. Threw it out and bought a Cuisinart for about 30% less.

It's a good quality coffee maker!
