I bought it and the whole top was cracked in half the bottom cominh apart the back fell off and i tried to take back to the store and manager was horrible and rude this was the worst productvand experience i had called customer service and now i am waiting for a refund cause the store was no help unbelievable

There was only 1 poor guy delivering something that should be delivered by 2. The box had a huge cut on the side and was damaged. The issue is now I have to return this huge heavy thing to the store or find out how in heck get a return. The scratch is right at front of the chimney

Love it, very well built and perfectly matched my 75" tv . Very nice colors and puts out some warm air. It's not going to burn you up but you can feel the warmth. I am going to add a crackle box to simulate a real fireplace. All in all it is a very well built unit.

Love the details on this. I looked at so many and they just had that cheap feel/look to them. Not this one. This one felt/looked solid. Love the color. The drawers and doors are soft close. The fireplace came with a remote. The item came fully assembled! That was a nice surprise when we picked it up. It did make it a bit more complicated getting it in the front door because of that. But man did it save us hours of time not having to assemble it. The only issue we found was behind one of the doors the trim piece that stops the door when close was loose. My husband just fixed the screw and added wood glue. Super easy fix. I love on the fireplace that it has that brick look. Very nice. Also, there's no glass front for the fireplace like most I've seen. It's just a metal screen. Which looks nice. But we shall see how much dust collects in there. The heater is nice. Not loud. Sounds like any electric heater when on. I do wish it had crackling sounds. I use the fireplace for the ambiance more than the heater. Over all, I think the unit was worth the $599 price. I love it!

This item looks good overall, but the fireplace itself isn’t that great. It’s cool that you can change the flame color but it doesn’t heat up to 1,000 sq ft like it says it should. I wouldn’t even say 10ft. In regards to delivery, the guy was nice enough to bring it into our home. I (a young woman) was alone at the time of delivery so he offered to help push it inside. Although he was nice, he slid the item and scratched our new floors. We had just built our home and we bought this within a few months of closing. Now we are stuck with a huge scrape across our wood floor.

Just bought this today and it is missing the 2 adjustable shelves.

Bought this TV/fireplace brought it home, took it out of the box totally assembled plugged it in. Done. 🔥 great price.

Brought home and opened up to find corners chipped and top particle board cracked front to back. Will try another one but definitely opening in the store first!

I really loved this unit, I've had it a little over a year and barely used the heater and it stopped working already. Which was the most important use for it.

Got the item today. It is very well packed and shipped. The product is very heavy and really good for the price. The shipping company mentioned that they have only basic delivery hence we will leave it outside your door and go. I was surprised that they are not even ready to put one step up. Somehow I managed to put it inside my house then I had to take a rest for one hour - lol. When I inspected closely I noticed packing was damaged at several places. I think they (shipping company)handled it very roughly. Opened and I see I am lucky to have it in one piece. Used for one hour and so far very good.
