The best thing I have found taking these vitamins is the that they don’t leave a vitamin taste. They are normal size and have a coating that makes them easy to swallow. They haven’t given me heartburn, which is common for me. The quantities in each pill is what is recommended for men 50 years old and older and seem to give me a little boost.

These are a good substitute for the name brand vitamins. And at a better cost. Size wise they are about the same as other multivitamins. They have a lot of what I am looking for in a vitamin since I am over 50 years old. No funky taste or smell like some vitamins have.
