Good supplement at a great value

Great value on these vitamins. I'm over 50 now, and admittedly don't have the most balanced diet. I've been taking these a week or so now, with no Ill effects. Not sure I've noticed any other physical differences, but not sure I really would. Regardless, I figured it can't hurt to have a vitamin replacement as part of my daily supplement, and these are a really good value, and provide what I need as a 50+ Male.

Solid Multivitamin

Member’s Mark Advanced Men’s 50+ Multivitamin is a great choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly supplement that covers the basics. It’s got 26 key nutrients, plus extras like lutein, saw palmetto, and boron—which is great for eye, prostate, and bone health. No artificial colors or gluten either, which is a nice touch. That said, some of the vitamin doses (especially B vitamins) might be way higher than needed, which can be a bit much for some people. Still, for the price, it's a pretty decent daily Multivitamin.

A Must for 50 Year Old Males

As I have gotten older, age specific nutrients and supplements are needed to keep me functional, healthy, and going. This has been a much needed addition to my daily regimen of vitamin supplements. The Members Mark brand also ensures that the cost is pocket friendly.
