Great value on these vitamins. I'm over 50 now, and admittedly don't have the most balanced diet. I've been taking these a week or so now, with no Ill effects. Not sure I've noticed any other physical differences, but not sure I really would. Regardless, I figured it can't hurt to have a vitamin replacement as part of my daily supplement, and these are a really good value, and provide what I need as a 50+ Male.

Got these for the hubby and he said they’re great. Said they are comparable to other name brand vitamins. The size of the pill is no different to others so there wasn’t much of a change there. He feels energized!

I switched to this from a famous name brand. This seems to work exactly the same with no noticeable difference. I didn’t cross check every nutrient but if there’s any difference, I’m sure it’s negligible. Save yourself a lot of money and be just as happy by going with this.

I’ve been using this multivitamin everyday since I received it. There is no taste, and it’s easy to swallow. Getting large doses of so many vitamins on a daily basis with one pill a day is very satisfying. The added benefit for prostate health is a real plus for this 55 year old man.

Vitamins aren't one size fits all, that being said these are a good choice for most people. It has a lot of what I'm looking for in a vitamin I have a collegen peptide powder I also get from Sam's that mixes well with yogurt, fish oil , and I'm starting to add creatine to my diet. My main criteria is that it doesn't upset my stomach which it doesn't so I'll give it a good rating!

Purchase these as a replacement to my centrum male multivitamin. They have similar ingredients and in fact most of the vitamins included are in higher potencies. The actual pill size is about the same but it's really hard to tell if they are doing anything. I take them as a preventative supplement that I may be missing in my diet. Overall a much better bye then the big label stuff.
