Member’s Mark Advanced Men’s 50+ Multivitamin is a great choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly supplement that covers the basics. It’s got 26 key nutrients, plus extras like lutein, saw palmetto, and boron—which is great for eye, prostate, and bone health. No artificial colors or gluten either, which is a nice touch. That said, some of the vitamin doses (especially B vitamins) might be way higher than needed, which can be a bit much for some people. Still, for the price, it's a pretty decent daily Multivitamin.

As I have gotten older, age specific nutrients and supplements are needed to keep me functional, healthy, and going. This has been a much needed addition to my daily regimen of vitamin supplements. The Members Mark brand also ensures that the cost is pocket friendly.

Great value on these vitamins. I'm over 50 now, and admittedly don't have the most balanced diet. I've been taking these a week or so now, with no Ill effects. Not sure I've noticed any other physical differences, but not sure I really would. Regardless, I figured it can't hurt to have a vitamin replacement as part of my daily supplement, and these are a really good value, and provide what I need as a 50+ Male.

This is the multi vitamin that my husband has been taking for several years. He feels that it is a premium quality multi vitamin at a reasonable price.

I purchased this to replace the name brand Centrum as the ingredients were exactly the for the same amount of vitamins and the price was more more affordable

This has all the stuff you need at an incredible price. The issue is that they went away from their old coating that used to be easy to swallow and this sometimes gets caught in my throat. I have continued to use it, but it can be a huge issue at times.

Obviously, Member's Mark Multivitamin (MMM) can't be rated based on taste or immediate effects. The pills were small enough to be swallowed easily with no aftertaste. However, a comparison with Men's One a Day Multivitamin (MODM) shows some interesting differences. First off, MMM contains more milligrams of every major vitamin from A to B12. In fact, the difference in B12 is stark, almost 194 mcg more. As one could note by reading about Vitamins, the human body can only absorb so much of a vitamin before passing it, so who knows if this makes this one better. When you get to the other ingredients, like Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, etc..., the MMM has slightly less in each, but not a noticeable difference. The MMM also has some ingredients that the MODM doesn't have at all, like Phosphorus, Choline, Molybdenum, Chloride, Sodium, Boron, and Potassium. Again, not being familiar with all these ingredients, I'm not sure how much of a difference this makes. For me, the main reason I would consider buying MMM if it was priced competitively with MODM is that it contains Saw Palmetto, which is supposed to aid in Prostate Health. However, the brand of Saw Palmetto I buy is 1000 mg, and MMM only has 50 mg. Again, it depends on how much you think you need.

A while back, the bottle was changed from a flip top to just a screw top. Much less convenient. Did it save Sams Club any money making the change? Maybe a penny. Very annoying.
