I'm not normally the guy who takes supplements, but as I get older I find I need to start. It is nice to have so many of the needed vitamins and minerals in one tablet. Of course it would take time to see results and quite possibly it is what you don't see that shows the improvement. I'll keep taking them and see the long term results.

I reluctantly started being 50-years-old a few years ago, and I have used a number of brands of multivitamins for people in my age group. I am going back to Member's Mark because it is as good or better than the other name brand products here. I have used an entire bottle of this product as well as the other products. Some ways it's even better because they have additional vitamins and minerals above and beyond what the name brands products have. There's no smell to the product, I have no problem swallowing it, and it is much more affordable than the other products in this range. I'd recommend this product because if you are taking a multivitamin in my reluctant age group, I believe this to be the best of the bunch.

Purchase these as a replacement to my centrum male multivitamin. They have similar ingredients and in fact most of the vitamins included are in higher potencies. The actual pill size is about the same but it's really hard to tell if they are doing anything. I take them as a preventative supplement that I may be missing in my diet. Overall a much better bye then the big label stuff.
