[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the unit a month ago as part of our kitchen remodel. The single unit gives us a lot more room in our laundry room to add a closet. The unit works great. My family is getting used to washing more often by putting clothes in in the morning or evening and having them ready later in the day or the next morning. It ultra quiet and it's nice not having a dryer sending your cold conditioned air out the house.

Efficient and no load transfer to dry. I was able to close off the dryer vent so there is less heat loss and no risk of lint fires. There is a likely a larger energy saving if I am using when my solar panels getting excess. I like the detergent reservoir. The lint filter to clean is a poor design.

I bought this product 9 days ago and it came in bad condition. One of the legs that holds the washing machine is broken and that makes it vibrate and not work properly. Their technical service simply said that I had to repair it. It is the worst purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The design of this washing machine is incompatible with using a drain pan. If you want to use a drain pan or, in my case, required by the plumbing code to have a drain pan under the washing machine, the detergent drawer will be physically blocked from fully opening. You will not be able to put detergent or softener into the washing machine. I was not aware that a drain pan was required until the installers came and would not install it until I had a drain pan in place. Getting a larger drain pan is out of the question. The largest one I found was 31” x 36”, which would allow the machine to sit in it, but not allow the detergent drawer to open. Also, couldn't find a drain pan of that size that would have a lower profile. I understand that there is a pedestal that can be purchased to raise the machine, which also doubles as a drawer for supplies. With a drain pan, it would just be an expensive stand since the drain pan would keep the drawer from opening. I’m at a loss for how to proceed at this point. I may have to jerry-rig something or figure out a way of lifting the entire washing machine every time I need to fill the detergent or softener bin. Can't comment on any of the other features of the machine as I'll need to figure this issue out before I can use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new washer / dryer combo machine. It saves time not having to switch the laundry to the dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete, you can also send the setting from your app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There is a storage for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine to set for auto dispense to the loads to save time and money of not putting too much soap manually. If you need just wash or just dry you can choose those settings as well. I am bad about remembering to switch the laundry and this has saved me so much time. When the laundry is complete the door pops open to vent. It has a large capacity, I can put an entire 90L basket in there to wash comfortably without it being stuffed.
