[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this combination, washer and dryer based on my previous experience with Samsung washers and dryers. You see I already have a Samsung washer and dryer in my home. This all in one unit is really pretty good. I'm legally blind and the display is a little lower than I level, but most of the time I can navigate it. The only thing that's bothersome to me is the Lyne trap pulling it out, emptying it and putting it back in requires you to line it up Just So and if you don't have a lot of room between the washer dryer unit and the wall to pull backwards, it can be kind of tricky to line it up and put it back in and take it out and empty it. Other than that, it's very easy to work with. I think we've had an issue with the clogged drain once and we've had this since 1 December and it is now mid May. I like that self washes and self dries let you know when you need to empty the lint trap. Let you know when you need to add detergent or fabric softener. I like that it's an all in one unit and it notifies you if you use the phone app, when the closer are ready. I like that it's programmable so that you can wash and Dry the clothes so that they're ready at a certain time so you don't have to worry about wrinkles. It even has an option to help you reduce the number of my wrinkles that you get in your clothes.

It holds large loads of laundry though I find small to medium seems to run better. It is super easy to work and use and the system is dummy proof. It takes up very little space leaving lots of room in the laundry room no matter the space you have. The only downfall I will say is the lint compartment. Lint can get stuck in the back left corner and there’s no way to get it out even with the vacuum sometimes it’s just stuck back there.

I like that it can run Spotify and even connect the product to the app on my phone. I like that it is all in one machine and doesn't take up much space and yet gets everything done all-in-one. The only downside is that the bedding settings take longer than usual for bedding and sometimes will still come out a little wet but overall when washing clothes and using the quick wash settings, clothes come out perfect every time.

It works great and reminds you of everything you need do to make it run smoothly. No more worries about remembering to put the washed clothes in the dryer because it will dry the clothes for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been extremely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Ventless Combo Washer/Dryer. The convenience of washing and drying clothes in one machine is a huge upgrade, especially for busy schedules. Being able to start a load and come back to completely dry clothes without transferring anything feels surprisingly life-changing. The ventless heat pump design is another major advantage. Installation is much easier since it runs on a standard outlet and doesn't require a traditional dryer vent. It also runs noticeably quieter and gentler on clothes compared to conventional dryers. The AI features actually feel useful instead of gimmicky. The machine automatically adjusts wash and dry settings based on the load, and the SmartThings integration makes it easy to monitor cycles remotely. The auto-dispense detergent system is also incredibly convenient and saves time every week. Capacity is excellent for a combo unit — it easily handles large family loads, bedding, and towels. Drying performance is much better than older combo machines, and clothes come out soft without overheating. What surprised me most is how modern and premium the unit feels. The touchscreen, design, and overall build quality make the laundry room feel high-end. Overall, this is one of the best all-in-one laundry machines available right now. Perfect for anyone wanting to save space, simplify laundry, and get smart-home convenience in one appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has changed the way we do laundry. It's so convenient to put it in and leave it until its done. There are so many different cycles to choose from, I never struggle to find the correct way to wash my clothes. It's even great for our baby clothes. Everything comes out clean, not overdried and nothing fades or shrinks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the All-in-One Ventless Washer Dryer Combo in our household of 5, and honestly it has made life so much easier. With busy schedules and nonstop laundry, not having to remember to move wet clothes from the washer to the dryer has been a huge help. I also love not having to constantly refill liquids or keep up with extra steps. The smart phone connection is one of my favorite features — being able to track cycles and get updates right from my phone makes managing chores so much more convenient. Overall, it's been a great time-saver and has really helped simplify laundry day in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most important feature for me is convenience, second is space savings of one machine over two separate machines without sacrificing capacity and I enjoy seeing the amount of power used per load. So far the only downside is cleaning the seals out for lint and hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best appliance I ever had! I love the AI ability to see how much I have in the machine what's the best wash cycle to use! I love that I could put the clothes in and go to work and use my phone to press what cycle to wash and go lol! I love the fact it wash and dry and the time is incredible! The best Samsung purchase i ever made!
