[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does exactly what it says it does. It's also very quiet. I like the size and look in my small laundry area. I also purchased the pedestal that brings up the height so as not to bend down to load the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our washer dryer combo. We've had it for a few years now and occasionally have some routine maintenance to do but haven't had any big issues. I love that it takes up a loss less space and I've saved hundreds on laundry detergent due to the smart dispenser.

Super Efficient, quiet, love the touch screen module. Is a great looking machine. The feature to fill up the soap and softener chambers and never have to manually add soap is so cool. It has so many features and different wash types. Do not be intimidated by the combined was/dry times. I like the super speed wash. Clothing is always dry before the actual cycle is complete. Buy it, you won’t regret it It is easy to download the app snd get connected from your phone. I didn’t buy the stand. It’s not necessary but to drain the machine and clean the filter on bottom you will be lying on your stomach without it. The unit holds alot of clothes. Great overall machine

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this combo washer! It is a one machine wonder! I needed to do laundry at my pool house bathroom and chose the Samsung combo because it saves space. It was easy to install because it doesn't require a vent and uses a 110 outlet with GFCI. All you have to do is just plug it in. It has detergent and softener dispensers that make doing laundry so convenient. We put our bath and beach towels in and just turn it on and forget about it. It is connected to WiFi and using the SmartThings App I can monitor it as needed with a notification that it's finished. It's easy to monitor cleaning products and cleaning cycles because it notifies you through the app. It does take longer to dry but that is perfect for my needs and saves money. I love that I don't have to place clothes in a separate dryer and can just set and forget. I fold the towels the next day and the machine is ready for my next load. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this Samsung Bespoke AI washer/dryer combo is seriously impressive. The ventless all in one design is sleek, modern, and perfect for saving space without sacrificing style. The brushed dark finish gives it that luxury appliance look that instantly upgrades the laundry room. What really stands out is how smart and user friendly it feels. The AI features, large capacity, and all in one convenience make laundry way less of a headache. No moving clothes between machines, no clutter, just simple and efficient. Definitely feels like one of those “adult purchase unlocked” moments 😭. Excited to put it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to list all of the great things About this washer and dryer. I love that it's ventless. It cleans Very well and dries efficiently. It looks beautiful. There are many different types of settings for washing, and drying that you can choose from so I never have a problem washing any type of fabric. The automatic dispenser for detergent and softener is fantastic, but you can use pods if you prefer I mean, it really does do everything and it does everything extremely well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This super duper laundry all in one has lots of space at 5.3 capacity but is still compact enough to be able to get the job done of two loads in one. The smart screen is very easy to use and connects to my phone for notifications. I love that I can wash and dry under 2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to buy a 'new' washer after our 15+ year old washer finally died, but we are very pleased with this Samsung 2-in-1. It's super convenience to put a load in and have it washed and dried all in one cycle. It also takes up much less room, being a 2-in-1. The heat pump drying is also super efficient and useful, as it cleared up the 30A plug and uses less overall electricity. Though, the cycle times can be quite long because of this. The AI features and other apps are kind of gimmicky, but I appreciate how it tells us total electricity usage at the end of each cycle. Only major downside is that the drain filter seems to clog up fairly easily and needs to be cleared more often than I expected, but I imagine this maintenance helps with longevity of the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes heavy load very effectively and efficiently. We been using this more than a year. We just need to make sure we clean lint timely manner or else drying cycle takes longer. Overall this is worth buying it.
