[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SmartThings App was very easy to connect to wi-fi, set up, and use. It also makes it easier to see all the settings at once vs. flipping through screens on the touchscreen. The capacity was a nice compromise. The cubic feet of my previous washer/dryer set was 4.2 Cu. ft. and 7.5 Cu ft, respectively. while this unit is 5.3 Cu. Ft. The total AI Combo cycle time compared to my previous washer & dryer set is slightly longer. But honestly, you don't really notice. I say that because you don't have to constantly check when the washing cycle is done and have to transfer your laundry over to the dryer. You don't have to worry about forgetting your wet clothes in the dryer to mildew, as the dryer cycle starts immediately after. They even have a 10 minute window setting if you want to add a dryer sheet between cycles. It also auto-adjusts the time. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry is surprisingly seamless and useful. It was the only cycle I've tested so far, on various laundry loads such as whites, darks, and even one with swimming clothes and lifejackets. It washed and dried perfectly. I didn't feel like I need to re-wash or add extended time to the dryer. Whatever sensors and AI processing they have in the unit appears to be working as expected. I did try the Flex Auto Dispense, which was new to me. My previous washer set had slide out drawers, but you filled it every load. I like that this has two dispensers and you only have to fill it once until empty. Makes loading the washer/dryer that much faster. The interior of the unit is very nice. The stainless steel drum is beautiful.. My only wish is that they make the interior light brighter. I like seeing my washing cycle to make sure the soap is doing its job. Other than that, no issues. The exterior is beautiful as well. It has a nice finish and the dryer vent, bleach dispenser, and auto-flex dispensers on the front and bottom of the unit are thoughtfully placed. To be honest, I didn't even know where to look when I first got the unit. It was that seamless. My wife and I think it's one of the nicest appliances we've ever had in our home. The install seemed pretty straightforward. The delivery team did all the install. It came with water lines and some additional accessories. I'm definitely saving electricity with this unit, and wish I could have gotten two. This unit is feature-packed and there are many more settings for me to try out. It's well built and sturdy. Hoping to get many more years out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo™ 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel delivered about 5 days and so far it has been great. The dark steel color looks really nice and the touch screen is a nice touch and is pretty responsive. There are plenty of modes to choose from and you can adjust soil level, dryness, how much detergent is used, etc within the modes or just leave it at the default. The are 2 fairly large reservoirs at the bottom for detergent and softener so if those are used, you can go 40-50 loads of laundry before having to add more. Or of course you can use pods which is what we are doing now. The combo unit paired quickly with the SmartThings app which provides an option to select washing mode, adjust the cycle, etc, as well as tracking electricity and water usage. The reduction in electricity usage is pretty evident if you track those things. We are able to wash/dry 2-3 loads of laundry for the same electricity usage as a 1 cycle of a front load pair bought in 2022. The machine also runs surprisingly quiet, even when the dryer part is going. You can set the unit for energy savings and it will also track how much electricity that saved vs running a normal cycle. So far we have only used the AI modes twice but will probably test them out more going forward. Cycles do take a little longer vs conventional washer/ dryer but the fact that you don't have to transfer the load from one unit to the other makes up for that. Plus, there's less wear and tear on the laundry because they don't get as hot. Overall, this unit is a keeper and we don't plan to go back to a conventional washer dryer setup anytime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Update your software before you use this. I had 2 sets of downloads. I live in the USA. So we have a separate washer and dryer. It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old. A few thing for you when you plan to buy this. This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes. Setup: I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work. You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles. there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes! This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

The biggest drawback is that there are no visible manual control buttons. So far, I've only been able to perform a wash/dry cycle through the Smartthings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Laundry Combo is amazing. It works perfectly. The ventless drying technology is much better than the one I had from another company. It dries perfectly. The lint filters are great too, preventing me from having to clean the drain filter every weekend like I used to have to do on the other brand I had. It’s stylish, nice looking, and it works perfectly every time. I almost gave up on the all in one combo units, but Samsung has done it right, and I am very happy with this one. I highly recommend buying this washer dryer combo!

We picked the all-in-one to save space and to avoid re-doing gas connections. It is super convenient. On top of that, I love that I don't need to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I get an app notification once everything is washed and dry. If you want to take a few pieces of clothing out of it before drying, you also get an app notification. Super convenient. I also love the soap and softener auto-dispenser, I was definitely over using those, now the machine takes only what is needed based on the load.

In my log home I needed a ventless dryer and when I saw the All In One was ventless as well as I could do my laundry with one appliance , I had to give it a try. As always with Samsung, I was beyond pleased. This unit is simply amazing ! All of our friends and family are mesmerized to watch it in action! The performance is beyond compare. We live on a farm and work clothes can be quite odorous along with stubborn stains. Our clothes come out smelling more fresh and clean than ever before ! Stains are gone ! There are so many cycles to choose from and I especially love the Tide Pod Cold setting ! I can operate this appliance from my smart phone and it even alerts me when the dry cycle is beginning and again when my laundry cycles are complete. I can set it to where the door automatically opens when finished! Add yet another wonderful feature, you have a reservoir for your detergent and softener, so you don't have to add it for each load. You can also set the amount dispensed. The lint screen is very simple to clean and the washer itself cleans the condenser after every wash load. The brushed finished is very appealing and the design is beautiful. Looks so nice in my laundry room. I just love this beyond words!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!
