We bought this to replace our condo sized washer and dryer, which was so small that it couldn’t fit our comforters. Now we have more than enough capacity for all of our laundry. And we have more space!

Bought 6 months ago. Learning curve from traditional machines. Like not having to transfer wash load to a separate dryer

I bought it a month ago really happy with it Amazing technology Save lots of space Save electricity And time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a two word summary of this review: Simply Wow! This washing machine is truly magical, from the smart screen that can integrate with ring and other smart devices to the all in one washing/Drying functionality. it has loads of space and great features. First of all the fit and finish is great all around, it is stainless steel but I was really surprised is how Fingerprint Resistant it is. The Washing Machine looks clean even after a week and half of use. The installation was breeze, we just need to make sure that the water line is compatible with Washing Machine, mine was a standard water line and it perfectly well. Other than that it was just plugging into the outlet and we were all set! I love the connectivity of this, the smart thing app was a breeze to set up with a walkthrough of each setup of the process. The App has all of the features as at the standard control panel but it is a lot better because you have more space to read and toggle all our options. It show real time updates like how much laundry is remaining. Once it is done, it does give you a notification alert. Coming to the washing machine itself it is quite good, it has all the great AI features, which it initially tests with a small load of water and adjusts accordingly for the wash cycle. My washing machine is about five years old and over that I see a notable difference in the washing quality. Whenever I use soft fabrics, my old machine would wash it too much giving kind of faded color, the samsung machine is great as it able to recognize it and adjust accordingly. It made my life so much easier as I don’t have to change the setting every time, I could just select Normal wash and the washing machine would handle the rest. Although, I didn’t test it enough, I feel like the washing machine has been using significantly less water. My only pet-peeve is I wish they the drying time is little less than it is. But given that this is ventless machine, I am still mesmerized at its capabilities and functionalities. If you are looking for all-in one smart washing machine, then this is it, period!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my old washer finally broke, I looked out there and found that this new Samsung all in one washer/dryer was new on the market. Despite her skepticism, I convinced the wife to give it a go by showing her how much more efficient and energy saving this combo washer/dryer was than our old separate washer and dryer set. In many areas including ours, it even qualified for a rebate. Besides that, it would save a lot of space in our laundry room. After having it for a few months, I can really say it has changed how we do laundry. My wife's concerns have been alleviated, as this combo actually gets the clothes warm and toasty dry. My wife heard that these combo wash/dry units leave the clothes damp. Not so with this unit.......our clothes come out actually dry! While you will not be able to do high volume binge washing and drying with a combo, it is absolutely WONDERFUL to put your clothes in whenever and come back to a clean, fresh, and dry load of laundry. No worrying that you will forget to transfer to dryer because you went to sleep, left for work, whatever....... and then have to rewash the whole load because the clothes smell because you left them wet. It has really changed how we do laundry. We now do not have to dedicate a day or time to laundry when we know we will be home to transfer to dryer, as we now can start a load whenever we feel like and come home to clean dry clothes. This thing is a winner and the wife loves it. Glad we bought it.
