[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my Bespoke AI laundry Combo for over a month now. And I have to say how much I love this thing. It's quiet and makes living in a new york apartment life so much easier! Was easy for my husband to Intall and fit perfectly inside the closet! All the settings available and if your unsure being able to hit AI setting makes my life with kids that much easier. No more hours at the laundry mat. I just set it and forget it, and having it hooked up to my phone and being able to control it is everything I need and more. Well worth every penny!

I bought this a month ago and love it! First of all it doesn’t need a dryer vent so forget having to clean that again. It plugs into a regular outlet (that should be on its own breaker I believe). It has two big automatic dispensers for detergents or fabric softener. You have the option of turning that off and using a little silicone pod that you add to the machine itself for special detergent for one off loads. Such as baby detergent. You can program your own loads using the smart things app. By creating your own cycles you save time not having to select all the different washing options such as bubble soak or extra rinse. Now for how long it takes to do your laundry. Yes the drying takes longer but if you have ever forgotten to switch your laundry to the dryer and had to rewash this is a huge time and energy saver! I only do mediumish sized loads and my clothes have been all dry when the cycle is done. I would say it takes double the time to dry but I have only used regular dry and that includes the cool down cycle. My old dryer did it in 20 minutes but at a super high temp and did not cool down. I did wash a California King light blanket and it fit just fine. I also like the lint filter that it’s easy to reach. It is a little more difficult to clean then the old dryer but it’s easier to reach and I don’t have to clean the dryer vent anymore ever again. My clothes come out smelling clean! You also have the option of the door popping open at the end of the cycle so moist air can escape. Reminds me of the Samsung dishwasher. I think you can also link your Ring camera to it - working on that! also love that this takes half the space of using a washer and dryer! If you would miss running a wash while you dry I guess you could buy two!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best laundry purchase of my life, best and we use it every single day all day and so far not an issue and best part is everything about it from always having clothes washed and dried and you never had to worry about forgetting to dry or stay up late nights to put clothes to dry and you can literally put it anywhere you want without having to worry about venting or gas hook up or even 220v, I would never go back to traditional washer/dryer, plus this has many features that are not advertised, you can mirror your phone to it and watch anything even netflix and YouTube and much much much more

You can control it from your phone and You don’t have to worry about adding detergent every load because it has a big tank that holds the softener and Detergent. Elegant, modern and smart. It leaves my clothes, smelling great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for this washer and dryer and it exceeded them. I've always hated drying my clothes because standard dryers ALWAYS ruin my clothes. This dryer does not do that. The delicate wash and dry setting has even made sweatpants material clothes that I own look new as if I just bought them from the store. I was stunned. Some have said they've had issues with clothes not drying, but I have not had those issues. I believe it's a matter of keeping the filter clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one washer/dryer is absolutely fantastic. It truly is the best laundry machine I have ever had. My clothes come out so incredibly clean, and it is very simple to use. I appreciate all of the different settings, including an AI feature that will choose settings based on the material of the items you put in the wash. It automatically dispenses detergent and softener, so you don’t overuse. I have this connected to the SmartThings app on my phone along with my other Samsung products, and I love how when the laundry is done I get a ping on both my phone and tv! Overall great product, highly recommend.

We needed a ventless system because our current dryer vent would constantly get wet and was going to cost a small fortune to move the vent. This combo doesn't need vented, is used with a standard 110V outlet which saves money and because it's an all in one you don't even have to move from the washer to the dryer! We're a family of 5 and live on a small farm so we do 1 to 2 loads a day and we cloth diaper our infant. This thing handles it all just fine and a single load from start to finish averages 2.5 hours which is excellent. We have all Samsung appliances and they all link together from the app which is convenient too. This was our best appliance purchase.

It takes half amount of area compared to the washer and dryer purchase separately. However, it takes little long time for the big laundry such as bed sheets. To completely dry it out, it takes over 3 hours and the price was pretty expensive, too. Overall I’m satisfied.
