I found this spice very versatile has a nice flavor not overpowering in any mex-tex style dishes. I used it in avocado toast with roasted corn and queso fresco for breakfast, jalapeno bean dip was a party hit and Mexican scramble with peppers, onions corn and steak wrapped in tortilla. The reason I'm giving this spice 4 stars it has quite a bit of sugar.

This Hatch Chile seasoning provides a medium heat and good flavor. I have used it on grilled chicken and to season cauliflower rice as a side for enchiladas. I do a low carb diet so I like that it has 0 carbs but a little concerned about the sugar in the ingredients.

I used this on some veggies with rice and on a pork chop. When I received this a smelled it it has a really strong cumin smell. I thought maybe that would go away when cooked but no. The cumin is too much. I don't mind it but this seasoning has too much. Cant really get the hatch chili to come out. I might try this as a marinade so that the vinegar can even it out.

This seasoning has such a great taste. So far, I have used it on chicken, pasta and the taste was so good that I even put some on my veggies. I really like that extra flavor it gives the food. It's not too salty or spicy but perfect for people that aren't used to eating chile. I'm looking forward to adding this new seasoning to so many more dishes.

Great seasoning! I have only used it on chicken on the grill but I think you could use it on steak or anything else you grill or bake. It does have a little bite to it but I am a wimp. You can't go wrong with this stuff.

This seasoning is so high in flavor, some heat but busting out with great flavor on so many different dishes - salads, vegetables, and meats. I don't recommend it on ice cream though.

The smoky flavor of the hatch chilis is good, BUT it's way too salty. To use enough of the seasoning to get a good flavor makes it too salty to use for my taste.

I've used this on chicken, fish and potatoes….so good on all of them. Nice hatch chili flavor, have already purchased another bottle and one for a friend that loved it too.

This stuff is great! Delicious blend of garlic, onion, cumin and hatch Chile pepper! It has the perfect bit of spice and a hint of Smokey flavor. I've put it on chicken, salmon, and shrimp so far and it's been delightful!

Hatch chile seasoning adds the perfect amount of warmth and flavor to any food. We use it on everything as it tastes great. Not overly bity at all. Or excessively hot either just perfectly warm.
